This is a good hotel not far from the tube / bus stations. It has a good environment and the stay was very comfortable. The food was also good.

Simple hotel in industrial area close to a mall
In my opinion this hotel does not deserve 4 stars for the following reasons: 1. no kettle and water in the room. If you want coffee you must buy it downstairs 2. no safebox in the room 3. to get a cappuccino during the breakfast needed to complain to the reception. However after it , the cappuccino was prepared and brought to our table 4. the breakfast was very basic (in all other 3 or 4 stars hotels they had much more variety). No fruits, no pastries (beyond little croissants), no smoked salmon. Poor variety of sausages and cheeses. On the positive side, the room was big, nice and in a good condition. There is a nice sauna. However the advertised pool is closed (it's actually a large barrel rather than a pool). The area is industrial, but closed to the shopping mall, where you can find variety of food and stores

I have stayed here twice as it’s near a company I do business with so very convenient. However, there are 3 things this hotel could improve on: - there is no tea or coffee making facility in the room - at breakfast you are asked if you want fried eggs from the kitchen. When I asked for poached I was told it’s only fried eggs!!!! - the gym equipment is poor and needs some simple modernising Staff are great and room is fine otherwise so a shame. Will debate trying somewhere new next time

Nice Hotel But not a lot going on around it
The hotel itself was fine and the food was good but there was nothing out and about. Fine for a bed and some food for the night and great for its location for my appt the next day.

Great hotel for a decent price. Just 7 minutes walking from the train station Kista that brings you to Central Stockholm in 25 minutes. Nearby is a huge shopping mall with a lot of food options. Also convenient to get there from the airport - train for 25 min and 15 min walking.

A very tired hotel that isn't really worth the fee
A very tired hotel that isn't really worth the money. The staff are great and very friendly but with no air con in the rooms and windows that only open a fraction, the warmth kept me up all night. For the amount charged they could do with renovating the entire building as it is dated.

Our ambition is always to meet and exceed your expectations, and we did not during your stay. I fully understand that a too high temperature is inconvenient. Sweden has experienced the hottest summer in 250 years. This has been too much for many buildings, since A/C is unusual in Sweden due to our cold climate. Unfortunately, our ventilation has not been strong enough this summer, and I really want to apologize for that. All windows are possible to open. You do so by unhooking the window saftey catch. I hope that you want to give us the confidence to welcome you back when you return to Sweden. I really want to show you that we can do much better than during your last visit with us. Wonderful stay--highly recommended
Modern, comfortable, efficient, clean hotel. The front desk and the restaurant stuff were very friendly and professional. The food at the restaurant (lunch/dinner) was wonderful--relatively short menu, but all dishes are wonderful! Breakfast is very well stocked for every taste. Well located for university business, and just a few blocks from the subway station.

nice and comfortable hotel at reasonable price
Had a short stay and found the hotel staff very nice and friendly. I asked them for a kittle for my room and thy happily provide it. Breakfast is OK and they also provide you free shuttle service for local area.
