Pros: Great breakfast, pool, sauna, gym
Cons: modernize tub/shower
Location: downtown next to train and subway as well as buss station, restaurants and shopping, walk to old town, etc.
Very good experience! Lobby bar/restaurant has great food, atmosphere and great people watching of pedestrians outside. Also 9th floor SKy Bar has nice views.

Nice hotel, close to the railway station

Very nice, family friendly hotel that is clean and tidy with very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The sky bar on the 9th floor is a must. A place to grab a drink or meet up with friends/family whilst enjoying the views of Stockholm, through the windows, from your seat in this circular bar. The hotel is in an ideal spot to catch the hop- on, hop-off buses (a necessity for sight seeing in this vast city). Also close to the central train station/tube station. Lots of restaurants and cafes, offering a variety of different foods, within a few minutes walking distance.

Long weekend in Stockholm

Brilliant hotel for position, staff and facilities. Only possible imporvemnet could be the Sky bar was a little dated. Pool good, Junior suite well able to cope with three adults (maybe a little more wardrobe space for my wife and daughter). Breakfast perfect

Location convenient for tourists

They kept discharging our key so had to get it recharged five times which was a pain with only step night stay. Location was good for transportation to and from airport. Busses also handy.

Good location, terrible service

Cons: Almost everything
Room was vintage 1950s, old fashioned hair dryer with no heat or power controls, tub shower arrangement downright dangerous. Big step up to get in and out. Temperature control didn't work well. TV old curved screen. Service in Restaurant terrible, and in Sky Bar you paid for a full flute of champagne and got a small wine glass. Bad champagne too. Flat. Only advantage was proximity to central train station.

Great location and pleasant experience

Staff were friendly, room was clean and modern. We arrived early (around 12) and expected to have to wait for our room but were given a room immediately. The pool area was clean and enjoyable, and although not big it wasn't too busy during our stay. The location was perfect and since we weren't in a rush we were able to walk to everywhere from here.
