English speaking traveler, visited twice and found everything very nice. Desk staff was very friendly and they speak English very well. The breakfast buffet is great, but pricey.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. The hotel is clean, the staff is helpful, located in a nice suburban area. The spa is one of the best! However, no coffee machine in the room:(, available though in the hotel restaurant any time. 15-20 minutes on commuter rail to the city center, no problem. But, on my way back to the airport, luckily found out on time, that the train service was suspended at Barkardy station, because of repair works. Had to book a taxi service last minute. Will recommend Welcome Hotel to others. Just keep in mind it's not a 5 star hotel, and not in the city center.

This was my third business stay at this hotel. The service is good, food is good and the rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in the area.

Overall, we had a nice stay at Welcome Hotel. Reception staff was very nice and service minded. We arrived at the hotel around midnight and struggled to get in as the sliding doors were switched off. We knocked on the door but the reception was packed with people drinking and having a good time so no one heard or saw us. We eventually got in and it felt like we had arrived at a youth hostel. The receptionist apologised for the noise and confusion and we got our room quickly. Breakfast on weekdays finish at 9.30am, which is too early. They seem to aim towards business customers on weekdays and spa clients at the weekend.

Everything perfect except the bed
Great service, friendly staff, decent gym and tasty and nutritious breakfast. Unfortunately the bed was hard and uncomfortable. I’ve stayed in over a hundred hotels and any hotel not focusing on comfort have missed one of the most important aspects of hospitality in my opinion.

Homely and Friendly Hotel
Rooms are ‘snug’ but very clean with everything you need. Well designed to make use of every inch of space, including a tight but excellent wet-room. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. If it’s your thing the hotel also has a wonderful outdoor pool and a spa that people rave about. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

Location was not very easy to find if not driving, however it is accessible by public transportation (even if somewhat further out). Room was small but very clean and warm. Breakfast options were great.

Stayed 3 nights in a compact room,the name says it ,it's small but have everything you need.The only minus was its not air conditioned, but you can always open the window,its safe,the property is fenced aroud.Excellent staff, very helpful and professional, had to email them before travelling a few times and received responds amazingly on the spot😊.Excellent complementary breakfast. Huge car park,complimentary too.For an extra 200 swedish crone pp/d you can use the spa facilities,which is absolutely worth it.There is a heated pool,sauna,steam room and jacuzzi,you get slippers and bathrobes . Barkarby train station is 5mins walk from the hotel.The train to the city center takes less than 15 min,very convenient .The property is very clean all over,very quiet, too.Highly recommend it

For shopperholics, you know who you are, the hotel is located within walking distance from the outlet center - ok there's ample parking so you can also drive. The rooms were nice and bright though a bit to small for my liking. I could easily stay 2 days there again but a week maybe not, would get board There is a sauna there to relax in, worth it The breakfasts are good
