The on line pictures of the rooms were deceptive.Posted Dec 20, 2014
The first room we were checked into smelled of urine. The second one was better but was so run down it was embarrassing. I didn't expect four star but cleanliness was questionable. Carpets stained burn holes in the bedding. My wife slept in her cloths and would not even consider using the shower or sink. Not only could I not recommend to a friend but would not even mention that I stayed there. Too embarrassed to say the least. Third worst motel room I have ever experienced in fifty plus years and over 1000 room nights. Ouch ! You should be ashamed !

The room stunk the furniture was broken the bed linen did not appear clean and the bathroom door was busted in half the pool was so dirty that there was ducks swimming in it we got in late so we went out at 11pm for something to eat and outside by the car lot was leaning on the building either pimps or drug addict it sounds like the whole hotel guests were up all night I'm just glad that I didn't bring my kids with me this trip and the worst was there was no refund and I had to stay cause my budget didn't allow me to go get another room and they should have paid me to stay there it is unfit for any human I can't believe Expedia would even consider working with them I am really really glad my kids weren't with me cause we would have sleep in the car horrible
NO AIRPORT PICKUPPosted Jun 21, 2013
Cons: Update your website
We booked this hotel because both Expedia and the hotel website said they can an airport shuttle. When we called to tell them our time of arrival that is when we find out they do not offer this service!!!!

Horrible!!Posted Jun 2, 2013
Worst hotel experience ever! Hotel service was horrible! Hotel room was runned down nothing special about it, hotel only provides two towels, called front desk in the morning for more towels staff never brought them, called front desk again at night, staff member was very rude and stated that they dont deliver the towels that we need to go pick them up. Went to front desk next morning for towels and asked for five and they only wanted to give me two. Front office is dirty and smells bad. I guess for the price we paid it served its purpose... Do not recommend this hotel to any one... Hotel is not located in the best area but then again its Stockton... I recommend anyone to pay a higher rate to stay in a better place and better room service...

Worst Hotel & staff ever visitefPosted Aug 24, 2012 on Hotels.com
The staff were incompetent. The room was not very clean. Took 30 minutes, a walk to the office and finally a call from my cell phone to have an opportunity to RENT an iron (that was completely burnt on the bottom) and board. Seriously?? How did he have the audacity to even offer something like that. This hotel needs to reconsider staffing or close this dispicable hotel.

Best Value Inn, Worst Night's SleepPosted Jun 8, 2012
I've stayed at plenty of low-budget motels through the years, all over the country. This motel was a last-minute reservation on Memorial Day weekend, so the price couldn't really be beat. Let's just say, I would have rather slept in my car -- or not at all. I don't want to be too critical, because the price was right, but there are some problems. 1) The comforter was stained in multiple places and doesn't look like it's been cleaned, ever. 2) The pillows were about as thick as a small-town phonebook, and as comfortable as sleeping on wet cardboard. I decided to use a t-shirt as an extra pillowcase. I was disgusted. 3) I was awoken several times throughout the night (and I am not a light sleeper), most notably at about 4AM, to a domestic dispute outside. A girl was yelling at the top of her lungs at her boyfriend. Granted, this isn't necessarily the motel's fault, but obviously they have something to do with the kind of guests they attract. The next night, I paid the same price to stay at a Motel 6 in Reno, NV. It was night and day difference. Avoid this motel if you can help it.
