“Extremely pleased”

We had a little trouble finding the hotel, but were pleased to find it in a quiet area set back from the road with vineyards out back, no sounds from traffic. Short drive to downtown Lodi (good place to eat), near grocery store, gas stations very convenient location, but quiet!!!! Staff was very helpful at giving directions. After the long drive we enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. We had pizza that night in the hospitality room and breakfast in the morning. Buffet style,they had eggs, bacon, cereal, fruit, yogurt, bread, muffins, juice, hot cinnamon rolls, coffee and tea. All included with price of room. This is a pretty new hotel and every thing was in very good condition. Layout of room was good, king size bed separate sitting area with couch, microwave and small refrig. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if in the area.

“Staff was wonderful.”

On short notice I needed 3 large rooms to accomodate 12 family members for a couple days. Kids needed to swim and parents needed a break. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed plus more.... use of the diningroom for game night, DVD player for movies for the kids. I was impressed.

“Good Business Traveler Hotel”

Staff was friendly and experienced. Knew the area well and was helpful with directions. Room was clean and tidy. Plenty of room to work and had all necessities. Only complaint was internet service. Service was terrible wireless and not much better wired. Could receive, but not send e-mails

“Good size suite”

We chose to pay the extra money to get the deluxe suite. It was a very good size suite, with two double/queen beds (somewhere between the two sizes), plus a sofa bed. It would have been nice if the beds were in a separate bedroom, instead of being in an open plan room. But we definitely appreciated the extra space. The hotel and room were nice and well maintained. Breakfast was OK; cereal, cinnamon rolls, toast, egg, sausage, muffins. The pancake machine wasn't working. The indoor pool and hot tub were a little small but still lots of fun for the kids. A good choice outside of the summer months, when the weather can be a little cool for outdoor swimming. Overall, a good hotel that I would recommend to others.

Was very quite area. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Rooms were clean.

“great hotel in a abandoned location”

It was a very nice hotel with nothing but an empty old car dealership and an unkept field surrounding it. I expected the indoor pool to be heated, but after my 1 year old son began shivering in the pool, it was time to go back to our room.

Overall the hotel was good - food mediocre but acceptable. All customer service people very helpful and friendly. Larger towels in the pool area would have been nice.

There were no hotel signs from the road, not that you can't see the hotel from the road but I missed the driveway. The garbage out front was overflowing. Customer service was severely lacking. Upon registration, all I received was my key. I received zero information about breakfast, the pool, workout room or anything else for that matter. The non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoke and I asked for another room. The key did not work and I had to get the door re-keyed. In the morning, the pancake maker didn't work and the breakfast was pathetic. I have stayed in many hotels that were so much more for so much less.
