Neighborhood is iffy.... and there was a pan-handler hovering around us in the parking area, who even kind of followed us to our room that I did not appreciate - but location is good, room was nice - great night stay for the price! We were only staying one night with no time for spas, pools and the like... so this was perfect.

Be honestly, this is an economic bed & breakfast hotel, I don’t have high expectations as a luxury hotel would, and it is only a franchise hotel at downtown Stockton.
Its location is perfect, a 5-minute walking distance to all county and city’s buildings.
The front desks are friendly, room is clean, towels are clean, and bed is comfortable. I gave it a score of 5, and I think it’s totally worth of what I paid.

My husband, son and I had the most amazing experience. Hotel staff are there if you need them but they don't bother you. Very clean rooms. Gorgeous lounging area I with pool tables that are free to play on, little fires if the night gets too cold. So much privacy even in the public lounging area. Most breathtaking and relaxing stay we've ever had, and we travel a lot.

Had a very nice 1-night stay here. Although the room faced the I-5 less than a block away, it seemed well sound-proofed, didn't notice any noise. Lobby had free 24-hour coffee service.
Breakfast options included a tasty scrambled egg dish, sausage, make-your-own waffles, a variety of cereals, oatmeal (watery!), fruits, fruit juices, and a nice selection of bakery goods. The staff was doing a good job of replenishing items when they got low.
Room has LOTS of outlets, both on walls and at the desktop, which is great for the tech-heavy, and a pleasant change from some hotels where you have to unplug the clock to plug in your phone charger.
Comforter had a lumpy appearance (a bit odd), but felt & worked just fine.
The 4 (instead of 5) for room comfort was due to the refrigerator making a "ticking" sound all night. I didn't report this until the next morning, so I don't know if they fixed it, but the receptionist did write down the issue on some sort of form, which I took as a good sign.
