This is an awesome hotel!!!!!Posted Jul 2, 2015
Pros: Professionalism, cleaniness, friendly employees, convenient location to everything.
Cons: Absoultely nothing!!!!!!!! This by far is a hotel ran by a caring and professional staff.
Location: Six Flags-Fiesta Texas, the Alamo, Ripleys, Natural Bridge Caverns, Buckhorn Hall of Horns, Schletterbahn Water Park, Riverwalk, Hemisfair Park, lots
This staff and hotel are by far the best I have seen in a long time. Breakfast buffet and dinner, with wine included was always very tasty and nicely presented (all at no charge). The hotel lives us to their motto: "Enter as a guest but leave as a friend". My teenage grandchildren even commented on how the employees were so helpful and courteous, it was like bonding with everyone there. Everyone always had a cheerful hello or can I help in any way. I am looking forward on next trip back to San Antonio to stay at this very clean and friendly hotel, it will be like visiting family.

Stayed here for two night. It was comfortable clean and had a lot of space. I had got two queen beds. It was 4 adults and 5 kids so we did bring a inflatable to use. Breakfast was also very good.

Vacation, great proximity to downtown & Six FlagsPosted Jun 19, 2015
Pros: Loved the setup of the suite.
Cons: Didn't like that our queen bed was set on a full size base, so that the edges of each side were hanging over with no support.
Location: Shops at Canterra and plenty of dining nearby, plus an easy drive to downtown.
I was worried about the location not being closer to downtown, but was very easy to get everywhere we wanted to be in San Antonio. Plus the suite was a great size and the breakfasts were great! Wish we had had a chance to be there for an evening reception, but it didn't pan out that way.

Nice hotelPosted Apr 13, 2015
Cons: I don't understand why my incidentals were prepaid. The hotel had my credit card information for any charges that were incurred. Waiting for refund.
Location: Six Flags, Seaworld, Natural Bridge Caverns, Riverwalk, Missions, Alamo, Schlitterbahn. We loved the quaint town of New Braunfels.
Reasonably priced! Centrally located to all of the attractions that we wanted to visit. I was especially pleased with the complimentary dinner during the week. The food was great and it saved this family of seven some money and hassle! The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The room was big enough for two adults and five children to sleep comfortably and the coin laundry meant that I could pack light and still have clean clothes for the trip. I would definitely stay here again.
