Hotel was recently updated and was very tasteful inside. Room was clean and freshly decorated. Hotel staff was friendly as always and we had a great visit. We always stay at this hotel when we are in town and always enjoy our stay.

Satisfactory. Stayed two nights and no one came to make up beds or take towels. Charged $40 for incidentals was told at check out there were none as of yet have not seen credit back

Wouldn't go back

hotel was under construction, room was dusty. Upon checkout I asked for a survey and was told, " there should have been one in room." Discussed concerns and was told that "under construction"was on website when made reservations! Sorry but no it wasn't! Not happy!

ok room but hotel not up to expectations.

Pros: close to my appointment
Cons: don't advertise things you don't have.
had 60% of what was advertised. no inroom hot tub. not wetbar. didn't mention it was under construction.

The hotel room was very clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone interested in staying in the stow area.

Great hotel, great deal, close to our destination.

Got a great deal on a room that included breakfast. Buffet was great, hot food and pancakes cooked for you. A waitress to get your drinks and check on you. Front desk staff were kind and courteous. Room was clean and fresh. First floor room was even quiet, had no trouble getting to sleep.

overpriced for what you offer

Pros: very clean and staff very friendly
Cons: give a more complete listing of local restaurants in the area.
The staff and cleanliness of the hotel are great.. But your prices are out of line. I normally stay at Country inn suites and have my breakfast included for the price that is slightly higher. They offer all the same things you do and the items in the room do not have price tags on them (referring to the oversized bottles of water for 2.50) on the dresser. I was expecting a comparable experience as when I stay in the country inn. offer what ever you are going to offer but don't have all these different prices if you want this in addition to your stay.
