“Great hotel”

The hotel was very clean and well cared for. We received a call from the front desk about 30 minutes after checking in asking us how our room was. The breakfast was good and changed daily. The pool and spa were clean and a good size. We will stay here again.

“Overall good experience”

Stayed for 2 nights over the weekend. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and the free breakfast was about what you'd expect. Close to the highway and several chain restaurants nearby.

“Comfortable Overnight Stay”

My husband and I stayed here one night to attend a local birthday party. A nearly brand-new Akron General satellite is next door as well as a steak house and TGI Friday's. The hotel staff were very disorganized when we arrived and proceeded to try to solve some kind of problem with a code for the door keys rather than provide the attention it would have taken to have checked us in right away. They did expedite the room cleaning so we only had to wait 30 minutes to check in (it was only 2:00 and check in time is 3:00). The room was comfortable and clean with nice linens. Our room was adjacent to the fitness center, which might have been a problem if we had wanted to sleep in, since there was some noise that came through the wall. The pool looked nice and clean and the fitness center had newer equipment and was above average.
