“Just Perfect”

“Could not want anything else!”

This motel is perfect for someone that wants a confotable bed to sleep in a nice and clean room and doesnt need resort facilities (or doesnt want to pay for it). The room is really confortable and much mora than I would expect given the inexpensive price. Staff is friendly and they upgraded us to a double room without any request. Breakfast is everything that can be expected from a continental one. Recommended!

“2 days in vermont”

Well-kept up place, marginal hot tub, functional continental breakfast included/ .They also provided mountain bikes at no cost. Very close to the mountain.

Area recommendations

Gracies Restaurant...casual good grub...10% meals tax. Trapp Family Lodge...cross-country skiing, vistas. ,River walk... 5.3 miles of serenity. Ben & Jerry's Ice cream Tour...what's not to like? Mount Mansfield...for all seasons. Gentle Giant sleigh rides. Shopping is uniquely Vermont and can be expensive.

“Nice little inn for a reasonable price”

We had a nice weekend at in a fireplace suite. The staff at the inn was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was nice. The continental breakfast had good options. The room was fairly simple, but nice and spacious. We weren't looking for luxury and it fit our needs very well.

Anywhere in Stowe is nice. It's a beautiful Vermont town and resort.

“Great Deal”

Couldn't have asked for more.. we are "locals" and will return with the kids to enjoy again.

“Good solid experience”

The best part about the Stowe Motel is the ammenities like the two pools, hot tub, bikes for guest use, etc. The room was indeed clean, though a few crevices seemed a bit neglected (just some dust between the sink and wall, stuff like that). Service was very friendly, even the cleaning staff. We were out in the hot tub when it closed and the staff woman talked to us, let us get out while she locked up the game room first and was very friendly. The continental breakfast is okay, generic cereals and stale pastries but also fresh(er) bagels, yogurt, fresh fruit, a lot of choices. It's right near all the Stowe sighsteeing stuff and many restaurants, though it is about a 10-15 minute drive off 89, I felt it was well worth it!

Do the Waterbury food tour! Ben and Jerry's, Cabot, and the Cider Mill.

“It's a nice two star hotel”

The room was very small and so was the bathroom. It has a small round table with two chairs and a folding suitcase stand. Not much room to put anything on top of. The bathroom has zero counter space. The room and bathroom were clean but very stuffy, with some heavy air freshener. the windows opened partially and with difficulty( very old style windows). The bed was comfortable and breakfast was nice and with a good choice of fresh items. In summary it kind of served my purpose. I was in the area for a conference and used the hotel just for sleeping. If you plan to spend time in your room, this is not the place to be. Otherwise it is very utilitarian.
