Our Inn has two options, 24 rooms are set up like a motel (guests are able to park in front of their room door), and 15 rooms are set up like a hotel (rooms are located on the second floor of the main building). The pool temperature is always at 83 degrees which is the maximum allowed per Vermont Department of Health. The hot tub is maintained at a temperature of 104 degrees per health regulations. Our property is very busy from December 1 through March 31 with many families with children. The pool and hot tub do get used heavily during this time. We apologize that our front desk staff did not do a better job with interacting with you. This review will be brought to the attention of our front desk staff. We do hope you visit us again. There was no fire, but it did cause an inconvenience for our guests. Plus, our boiler to our pool needed a new nozzle. Being in northern Vermont, it does take a few days to get replacement parts.
