“"Very Impressed"”
This Hotel has the most beautiful view. I will definitely go back and use Expedia to make my reservation. (about half the room rate and easy check in)
“Perfect for kids”
The water park at this hotel was a lot of fun for our kids and ourselves. They have two big slides, a lazy river, a pool, a hot tub, and a little kids area. It looked like the best hotel water park in the area. Our kids loved it. There is also a beach out front that is pretty nice for this area. The rest of the hotel was pretty average (I don't mean that in a bad way). The price was pretty good compared to some other places. It's a nice hotel. I was a little unsure because some of the other reviews on here were really negative. The breakfast is OK. They have eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, toast, cereal, juice, biscuits and gravy. It's a functional breakfast, nothing that you're going to look forward to necessarily. It saved us a lot of money though with all of our kids. The room itself was just average. No complaints, but nothing to get excited about either. It was clean. Overall, we were very happy with the choice.
“Never want to stay there again !”
Never want to stay there again. Have problem right from cheking in, no customer service skill at all. The front desk staff in a word is helpless and no WIFI available throughout the stay even they put on AD, they will just lie to you the internet is fine. I heard another person complian the sample problem right after me.
“awful place to stay”
This was the most discusting place I have ever stayed. The beds were dirty. There was blood on the bedspread. The sheets were not changed. Just plain awful. We made them bring new sheets and bedspreads. We put them on ourselves. We left early because our child got sick with fever and they would not refund us the money for the second night even though we left the first night. Just an awful experience. I have travelled all over and never experienced this. Please do not stay here. Expedia was great though. They felt bad about our situation and gave us a good credit for the next stay. Exedia is great to work with.
