Fine for budget travelersPosted Nov 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel personnel could be more friendly. Kitchenette in the room was a definite plus. We were able to heat soup, boil water in a sauce pan for tea as there was no coffee pot or kettle for boiling water in the room.

Safe place and neighborhoodPosted Oct 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
The 3 rooms we had were fine.Except we had to ask for more towels as they only put for one person. As well, the kitchen supplies is barely to a minimum. It would take a moment to buy matching dishes. In the 3 rooms we had....2 out of 3 had a microwave. One had a small dish washing basin.None had dishtowels.Minus these details,we had a very nice stay.Just don't expect too much,it si simple but comfortable

very convenientPosted Oct 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
=600 meters seams far away when you arrived from a long journey by plane and by train as well a carrying your suitcases. In fact it was maybe 13 mins walk from the train station. =When we returned it took less than 8 mins. .It is 5mins away from a grocery store and 15 mins walk to the old city center.=There is a nice little resto that you will see on your way from the train station to the hotel on a corner street Au COIN de Wilson, not 3mins walk from the hotel, nice personel, only fresh ingredients, live music on Thusrdays,Fridays and Saturdays. opens at 7pm.very sympathic and nice to be near the hotel. ==Of course this is a very simple room but it is safe.

Soooo rude!Posted Sep 16, 2013 on Hotels.com
Our stay was a very short one, only one night, but even if we wanted stay longer we would have left the hotel the morning after anyway! The young guys working at the reception were really helpful but the manager was the rudest person we ever met in our entire life!!! He literally told us to leave the hotel because my youngest son (18month old), was crying at breakfast time....Previous to that,(only 1minute after my son started crying) I was already up from our table to take him upstairs because we didn't want to disturb other guests, but not he didn't leave me the time to pick him up that was already there ask us to leave! Maybe he doesn't have children, I don't know, but surely if you have children be sure they won't make a sound in the hotel you may risk to be chucked out! Anyway the hotel is very old and basic, even the shower screen was missing and the towel were very small. bad experience!!!!-
