Hotel OK
Check-in simple/professionnal, but not warm neither smiling. Room are small but very clean. Small building so we felt like family hotel. Reception at the spa is the same: quick explanations, we had the impression to catch a train instead of being welcomed to a wellness spa (a smile with a sweet voice would be a plus for the 500€ we spent during 1day+1night, even during rush hours). The Yonaguni spa itself is amazing Restaurant staff was friendly and efficient.

Nice bur the restaurant was very expensive
It was a very nice hotel the service were perfekt There is between 0,5. - 1 km to the city center, it is fine. We went there because the restaurant was very expensive, the breakfast too.

great place to relax
we stayed 2 nights in the hotel/spa and enjoyed it a lot.the outdoor pool is new and great made out of stainless steel(never seen one like it before)and had jets on one side.the look and feel is great. the inside pool is very large and pleasant to use. there is a spa and sauna,a gourmet restaurant so what else can you ask for. we recommend this place a few minutes from Obernai ,a nice old alsacian town that is worth a visit

Lovely hotel in the heart,of the Alsace
Pierre at reception welcomed us and accompanied us to our lovely room. Very comfortable bed and good size. We were happy to have a Nespresso machine too. The pool area is beautiful with many loungers and also several cabanas. The breakfast was very varied and the dinner we had was excellent with perfect service and unusual and delicious food.

Le Parc Hotel & Spa review - good hotel
Good hotel, excellent spa, rooms are quite comfortable but need a refresh. Service is friendly, looking to satisfy the customer. Taxi service does not work in the region if you are trying to move in Obernai, got the feeling that the ride is so short that taxi drivers are not interested in doing the service.

Great hotel in charming small city
We had a “superior” room on the top (4th floor) front with a small balcony overlooking a park. The windows had electric shutters so we could make theroom dark and slerp late. The restaurant in the hotel is not cheap but the food is incredible. The breakfast is also great with eggs to order plus a big buffet. Obernai is lovely little city (not a village) with shops and yet it is not overwhelming like Colmar. Obernai is our favorite of our stops in Alsace. There is a lovely pool and Spa for those who partake of such things.

Rename the hotel - Hotel Disinterested
staff very very poor to the pountbof rude. Buikding and renovation happening .no peace at all from 8am to 5pm. Room was not ready until 4pm though booked at 11:30am. Was told me to wait 10 minutes. 45 minutes later asked again. was told I could not expect to have room ready as I booked too late. Mentioned the noise level of construction and said I would not have booked if I knew this. Receptionist said it's on their own hotel website and they don't have to put it elsewhere. I was there to relax after being very stressed. This was a bad start. Asked for coffee for room machine as there were only 2 in the room. Was charged 1.50 per capsule. It's a lovely hotel a mix of old and new but never in all my years of travelling have I met such disinterested miserable staff.

Wonderful spa after long bike ride. Dinner and breakfast also excellent. Room and bathroom very nice, bed comfortable. Good storage for bikes.

Lovely hotel
Just outside Obernai village. Highly recommend the walk into centre. Lovely spa and pool area. Restaurant very pricey with high end menu. Stayed on 2 occasions (going through and back through France). First room a bit disappointing but the hotel was very full. Second room lovely with full facilities and a balcony. Had a great stay lovely atmosphere definitely would stay again.

It would be nice to have a coffee/tea maker in the room. The hotel is a bit of a maze with different staircases and hallways to navigate but it has old world charm. It’s worth upgrading to a junior suite. Overall location is great and a wonderful hotel to explore the Alsace region.

Upscale hotel, convenient to town center.
Nice rooms, good drinks options at the bar. Staff did an excellent job of recommending good restaurants in town. Parking was somewhat limited. We would definitely return to Le Parc!

My little castle
The hotel was amazing!!! Its a little castle very pretty inside and out!! I arrived and found that they have upgraded my room to give me the junior suite with a very nice view!!! The staff were friendly. The room very clean and spacious. I loved everything about it Thank you Le Parc Hotel for making my stay "agreable"

Very good four star hotel
Very nice hotel with very good facilities. Located in a residential area a few minutes walk from the historic centre of town, it had free car parking and a very good on site restaurant. Added to the two swimming pools, nice outdoor space and bar, it meant this was truely a four star hotel. The only downside was the double bed was two singles pushed together with two separate quilts but this could be a bonus to others. There was also no coffee facilities in the room.

Very nice family owned hotel with great food
The hotel is very nice, the saunas are good. The massages we had were very good! We did not go to any restaurant in Obernai because we found the hotel restaurant had the best menu. The food at the restaurant was absolutely fantastic!!!

Five Star Gem in Obernai, France!
We arrived after driving for seven hours to be greeted by the front desk staff in warm and welcoming way. While here the staff made us feel at home. From the Housekeepers to the wait staff, this is surely a five star gem. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in the Alsace Region. The Staff at the Asiane Spa was superb! Overall, AWSOME!!

Everything about this hotel is done well from its beautiful traditional facade to the interior halls to the very comfortable room. Rooms are priced reasonably though dinner is pricey ((but in a lovely dining area and delicious ). It was a terrific hotel.i hope I can return some day.

Definitely quaint but not sure what the appeal is. Views from hotel are mediocre, some rooms very small, bathrooms outdated, no trash cans or mini-fridges. In-hotel restaurant is not open on Mondays, and food in bar/room service is not on par with a four star hotel. Had a croque Monsieur sandwich and it was a glorified grilled cheese.

+ points: fabulous Spa - loved the individual jacuzzis with scented water. Great pool. Pretty gardens. Breakfast was superb - everything you could ever want to eat - and great quality! Efficient staff. - points - just remember this is a larger hotel - so lacks the personal touch.We overheard someone saying they had not been accommodated in the traditional style room they had booked - we were not offered a traditional style room - while our room was well appointed it would have added to our Alsace experience if the room had a traditional style. We had a post dinner drink in the bar every evening ( 4 nights)- same bar man each time - but he didn't make any attempt to chat with us.

This is a luxurious and beautiful hotel with an elaborate spa. The room was extremely comfortable and had a small balcony with chairs outside. Everything was in perfect condition. It is a bit outside of the town. We decided not to take the hotel breakfast because of the high price but we did enjoy a glass of wine in the bar. The service was very good overall.

A nice hotel but the location is not good if you're looking for a cute town. Our view was that of a parking lot and a street that had no particular charm. The hotel seemed a bit out of place and the immediately surrounding area was sterile. Only about a 10 min walk to the town of Obernai, which was quaint. The proximity to Strasbourg is good. I rented a deluxe room, very different from that of the picture.

I was actually quite surprised to find a little gem of such quality in a remote corner of Alsace. The only negative comment I have about this hotel is that at 22 Euros, the breakfast is unreasonably expensive for the quality and limited choice which one gets.

Excellent hotel and fully recommeded.
Only stopped for one night and did not arrive until 8PM so could not try the spa but was in time for dinner which was excellent and offered good value at €55 for three courses. This was the first time at the hotel and will certainly be on my list again the next time i visit Obernai

We really enjoyed this hotel. I do have a few suggestions for improvement. It would be nice if the front desk staff would tell you where the sightseeing brochures are in a cabinet in the hall, as I found them 2 days after driving around loat & one which would have helped us considerably about parking & map for Strasbourgh( or they could have said so when I asked for restaurant suggestions). I would also like to have the pools open later so that you could more easily enjoy after sightseeing . The breakfast was pricey but nice. The building & grounds are beautiful- like a special garden. So pretty we exclaimed on turning in to the entrance.

Beautiful hotel to unwind in.
Stayed for one night on the way to Italy to visit our daughter and granddaughters. Wished we'd booked a longer stay to fully enjoy all the facilities of the hotel. Comfortable room and very friendly staff who wanted to make your stay as enjoyable and stress free as possible. Beutiful gardens and fantastic restaurant serving gourmet food cooked to perfection. We could not fault anything and will definitely make this hotel a must stay on any future trips we make.

This is a very beautiful hotel with lovely flower boxes in the windows giving it a very Alsatian village look. Two things stood out about this hotel though; the breakfast and the wellness centre. The breakfast is excellent and has a great range of fresh or cooked options. It. Is amongst the best breakfasts I've had in a hotel. Otherwise the wellness centre is great too. It has so many options, from spa to steam room to sauna as well as swimming pool. Unfortunately the fitness centre is not very comprehensive. The rooms are nice and beds are comfortable.

Séjour Yonaguni, un dépaysement absolu.
Expérience formidable à vivre ! Le séjour associé à une journée au spa Yonaguni est un voyage de détente et de plénitude. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est un régal, pour les yeux aussi. A recommander vivement !
