Very clean and cosy. The area is safe and most things are within walking distance. One downside - they don't have any microwaves in the rooms or anywhere in the facitiy.

We were here on February 16 and had a wonderful time. Staff could not have been friendlier and when they found out we were celebrating an anniversary, left us a special treat in our room. I would recommend staying here. The location is fantastic and on site pub is terrific. I will definitely book this hotel again.

The staff were great and the room was spotless. Unfortunately our room was in the older part of the hotel and had a fair amount of character. My wife has mobility issues and the sloping floor was a real issue for her. (so bad that one of the bed legs had book under it)

Loved our stay at The Parlour. The staff were lovely, room very spacious, and the restaurant/bar has a super classy vibe. Walkable to any place in town with a cool lounge/live music venue across the street and many restaurants nearby.

Christmas stay
Very nice friendly staff. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. We ate 3 times at the restaurant food was excellent and wait staff were great. Only complaint is when the heat came on it blew cold air at the bed.

The Parlour Inn was a very comfortable hotel, centrally located with lots of parking. The staff (desk and cleaning ) were fantastic, friendly and efficient. I would recommend staying at the Parlour to my friends and will certainly stay there next time I am in town.

Overall I would recommend this property and have already done so. Staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were friendly and attentive. My only criticism of the room is that the armchair had certainly seen better days. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was good, but my entree was a little pricey for what it was.

Convenient parking and easy walking distance to downtown and the Avon Theatre. Friendly staff. Only downsides were that the furniture is a bit worn and, perhaps because it's an old building, it was very noisy. We were awakened at 7 a.m. Satuday morning by banging and creaking from adjacent rooms that never stopped, so we checked out early at 8:30, which sucked. Hotel staff apologized said they'd make sure we had a quieter room next time. Might give it another try if I can't find anywhere else to stay in Stratford, but am uncertain about the noise.

Have been a patron of the Old English Parlour for years. Celebrating my husband’s 80th birthday. Went to festival. Had lunch & dinner at there with family. Have never stayed overnight before. The hotel room was very large. Very nice bathroom. The whole room and halls seemed “tired.” Needed some refreshing. We had a wonderful time but were very disappointed that we did not get a complimentary breakfast because we didn’t book a suite. Paid $460.00 for dinner, $40.00 for lunch, and $198.00 for our accommodation. A free complimentary breakfast would not have cost you very much to offer this. It just ended up leaving us with a disappointed feeling after a what had been a wonderful celebration. May be worth reconsidering your policy.
