Arrived and welcomed with a glass of cava which was a nice touch. shown around the Manor House and to our room which was lovely and cosy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and we throughly enjoyed our stay.
Breakfast was cooked to order and very tasty and staff couldn't be more friendly.
A local pub is a 2 minute walk and literally a minute on is a fabulous bistro and the food was exceptional!

A nice hotel which was reasonably good value with easy parking and friendly staff. I didn't really like the bed being as low as it was but it was comfy.
The TV only had 1 channel working but the food was great and the staff were helpful and welcoming.

We stayed at The Ragged Cot for one night over the bank holiday weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff and shown to a lovely room (I had the best night's sleep in a very long time)! We hadn't booked for dinner but decided to stay as it looked so nice. They managed to find us a table for 9pm, and the food was very good. Breakfast was nice too (hot and cold options). For the price, this place is fantastic!

I only write because I almost cancelled my stay due to negative online reviews which did not match up to my experience. The B&B is charming and very much offers what one would expect. The breakfast offered a good range of cereal, yogurt, cooked breakfast and toast. We stayed in the twin without bathroom, however the B&B provided bathrobes and the bathroom was for our use only and immediately outside the room - it also provides shampoo and shower gel. The staff could not have been more helpful.

The hotel is at the top of Bear Hill and the building has a lot of charm with lots of nooks and crannies. There is a bar and restaurant with the food in the bar reasonable. Breakfast was good with a selection of home made muesli and home made jam as well as the cooked option.

This quaint market town, known for steep, narrow streets, presents rows of independent shops, restaurants, and organic cafés. Visitors describe Stroud as having a bohemian feel. Popular attractions include an award-winning weekly farmers' market stocked with local produce and products. Museum in the Park, housed in a 17th century wool merchant's mansion, celebrates the town's rich textile history.
