Dirty and not enough outlets

First, we pulled out the hide-a-bed couch and found a half eaten Lunchable under it. The meat was rock solid which tells me that it had been there for quite a while. Second, there were a total of four outlets in order to plug in the two lamps, microwave, refrigerator and alarm clock. In order to plug in our cell phones, we had to unplug the lamps from behind the bed.

an OK place to stay

The room was OK. The problem was the smoking. We were in a non smoking room with non smoking beside and below us. However, we were breathing smoke while we slept and in the mornings while getting ready for the day. I believe it was in the room next to us. We registered the complaint upon check out. I don't know if the staff checked it out or not; it would have been simple enough because the smoke was very strong in the stairwell leading to our room and the room in question. Sinus issues sometimes become greater around smoke and especially breathing it while sleeping. I'm glad that we only had a two night stay or would have had to change locations if the matter could not have been resolved.

The hotel was fine. Easy check in.....good value. If we had any complaints it would relate to the screechy/whiny children at breakfast. Simply deafening!! But, you can't blame the hotel for that!!

Standard, good, clean rooms, decent breakfast, felt safe. No problems besides the smell of smoke in one hallway. The room was perfectly fine.

My husband & I were traveling running behind so I called our hotel at 12:03pm to inform them that we were running behind and wouldnt be getting in until sometime after 12 on Sunday. The lady I spoke with pulled our reservation that we booked on Expedia and said she would make note of it. when we arrived at the hotel at 2:00am Sunday morning the attendant went to check us in and was having a hard time finding our reservation. clerk told us that we had actually checked in at 10:00pm. he said there were no other rooms and he would try to find out what happened. When I asked if they checked ID he said they do not. The pulled the receipt and found that a woman signed our receipt and had taken our room for the night. the clerk then called the room several times in which they did not answer. the clerk then said as he was knocking on the door. the clerk said that he would call the police so they could come with him ask them to leave. By this time it was well after 3:00am. When my husband asked how this could happen the clerk said he didnt have any answers. How did they check into our hotel room without a reservation number How did their attendant not notice that the signature on the receipt didnt match the name on the reservation? In the end, we didnt get in our room until after 1 1/2 hours of waiting. the other person didnt pay for anything, she got off scotch free and we got stuck with the bill.

Very good. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Price of a night's stay seemed a trifle high for the location.
