"We were looking for a beach vacation and we wanted to avoid the wild spring breakers! We were within walking distance and avoided the long car line to get into stump pass park. Rangers said that cars waited over an hour all day long to get in and we walked or biked in every time with no wait! The loacation is perfect! We looked for sea shells all day! We have never seen so many shells! Everything was great. The hosts have a very nice set up!"

"My wife and I recently spent 14 days on Manasota key and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was plenty big enough with a large Master Bedroom/Bathroom. There is a second good size bedroom and a small second bathroom. The unit is on the second floor so have to bring your luggage up a flight of stairs We cooked a lot of our meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The appliances look pretty new. There is a large refrigerator, large range/oven and dishwasher. There is also a clothes washer/dryer shared by 4 of the units. We really enjoyed the area. Manasota Key was very nice, no multi-lane roads or large high rise condo complexes. This unit is in a small condo complex with 8 units. There are some bigger complexes in the area, but none are more than 3 stories. The unit is a 2 minute walk to the beach. Stump Pass Beach State Park is a 10 – 15 minute walk from the condo. It’s a beautiful beach without any houses or condos on it. The parking lot fills quickly so it was nice to be able to walk. A 15 – 20 minute walk in the other direction are a number of restaurants and bars. There is also a shuttle service that we didn’t use as we walked to dinner. A short drive over the bridge you can find grocery stores, other restaurants and pretty much anything you need. The owner Scott, was very responsive and provided all our access info well before our arrival. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quieter setting."

"We chose this house as it was right on the beach and we wanted a convenient stay for one night before we moved locations to stay with family. The location was amazing! Moving around the area was very easy. We enjoyed shark tooth hunting, the sunset views, the color of the water, and walking to Stump Pass Beach for a nice walk with the family. My only piece of feedback would be the hide-a-way bed. When we rolled it out it seemed damp. We laid a few blankets for the kids to sleep on. Otherwise, we highly recommend and plan to be back in the area again."

"My husband and I spent a week at this cottage for our anniversary. Check in was easy and it was very clean and amply stocked with everything we needed for the week. Area is quiet and peaceful and we truly felt like we were in paradise. The owner was very nice and gracious and checked in with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend this property and it’s adjoining unit. We will most definitely be returning. Thank you Scott for making our anniversary week such and wonderful and memorable experience!"

"Enjoyed this getaway with my husband. We arrived to find everything exactly as described! The owner has snacks, a bottle of wine and a few cold beers for you. There is sunscreen, a few toiletries if you need them & even cleaning supplies. The facility inside and out is very clean! We parked our rental car and rode the bicycles to the restaurants & Stump pass park where we walked the trail and went to beach. We used the wagon one day as well to go to the beach. You definitely won't be disappointed if you enjoy riding bikes, kayaking, walking and like a clean place to stay!"
