This is a good corporate hotel for the companies nearby but too far from the airport to really call itself an airport hotel. There is nothing within walking distance and the airport shuttle only runs limited hours, must be reserved a day in advance and still costs 10 euro. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but nothing special.

We offer our guests our shuttle service for 9 euros. Room was clean and good size for two. Staffs were nice, spoken good English. Free and paid parking offered. Close to the airport, however it's situated in the industrial area, without a car it's a bit hard to reach out the stores and restaurants.

What can I say, my room is always perfect, the staff, not only do I adore but for you crazy people that haven't stayed you really should... I chose this hotel as my stop point, pushed my sites to do the same as I know they have... Always a very great pleasure to stay and a hotel I will again.

Front desk man that checked us in at 9 pm, stayed the next morning until our taxi picked us up at 4:45 for airport transfer. We all appreciated that very much. He was very friendly.

Liked that's its' close to the Stuttgart airport, like 10 minutes drive. Doesn't like that it is not air conditioned and the day we stayed it was in the 70's F, so a bit warm and stuffy in the room.

Good 3 Star Hotel
Our stay was good. Staff was nice. Parking garage is 10 Euros, but then we realized they also have an outside parking lot that seemed to be free. Wifi connected great to computer but not so great to phone.

It was close to the airpoort in Stuttgart where we needed to be the next morning. Although in an industrial area it was well maintained.

Friendly and welcoming staff who couldn't do enough to assist you. Clean, tidy and well kept rooms and building. Very efficient and good value transfer available to the conference centre or airport. The only issue that I had was that having reviewed the menu on line for dinner, it did not match the offering in the restaurant.

Nice but cold shower
Service was great. The hotel was very close to the airport but surprisingly could not hear the airplanes. Very comfortable room and clean. My only problem was there was no hot water for a shower. I ran the water for almosy 10 minutes and then just had to take a cold shower. It was 3:30 am and the front desk was shut down.

Great nights stay
My stay was for one night on a quick stopover before flying early in the morning. The reception service was excellent, room was great but perhaps a bit cold. No hearing control in the room.

WiFi didn't work upon arrival. Even with the help of a staff-member there was no WiFi connection until the 11.9. in the morning. It worked on 11.9. and 12.9. off and on. We had to register to get online at least 30 times. Fan in bathroom has the noise-level of a motorbike. Roomwalls very thin, poorly soundproof, you can hear what your neighbour is doing. There is no shuttle-service every hour, as promised. Staff very unhelpful. We demand reimbursement of at least half the price.

Do not stay here.
I have never dealt with receptionists that were so rude and condescending. Not only was I lied to about the dinner service, I was also laughed at and mocked when I told the receptionists I had no hot water in my room. The employees were more than unfriendly. The hotel is not easy to get to and there are no restaurants or stores near by. The WiFi was so spotty it wouldn't even work most of the time. I ordered the hotel shuttle to take me to the airport and paid the 5 euros the night before, per standard. The shuttle was supposed to be there at 8 am. It wasn't until our taxi got there at 8:15 that we were told the hotel shuttle wasn't running that day. It was one thing after another with this hotel and I was not pleased in the least bit with our stay.
