“Great Hotel”

The hotel was a pleasant surprise, the building was a bit older than it looked in the pictures but well maintained and all of the staff was very courteous. The restaurant was a bit understocked (didn't have many of the wines on the wine list, or dessert) but the servers made sure to be considerate and polite when offering all the options available. I would definitely go back.

“Would definately stay there again”

I have lived in Sudbury for quite a few years prior and I know the hotel quite well. It is one of the most popular hotels in the city. I would recommend it to any person or persons travelling to Sudbury. Bob

“Very Nice Hotel”

We were very pleased with this hotel. It was a surprise that there is NO elevator, but they offered to carry our bags up to the room. If we go again, we will request a first floor room. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was nicely decorated.

“Don't stay here.”

Hotel was very worn down. Everything in our room was very old. The room was very small. The showers went from scalding hot water to freezing water. Nearly impossible to take a shower.

“There has to be better in Sudbury!!”

Location was good... staff were great... hotel...???? Room smelled of smoke... already in bed.... just couldn't be bothered at this point to move. When told the staff the said that they put us near the smoking rooms... didn't even know that they were still legal... mentioned that it seemed that it was imbedded in the carpet and furniture... told that the cleaners probably never sprayed it enough... WHAT!!! Daughter needed water and was told the vending machine was at the end of the hall. Who does that... any hotel I've been in there are at least a couple of bottles of water. Towels were limited at best.... One shower and that was it! Soap... one shampoo and one conditioner... that's it!! Contentential Breakfast was typical... Hotel was very low budget... price I paid was middle of the road...
