Road noises, bathroom vent system noise, mini fridge noise. It was convenient for what i need to do and for the price it was spot on.

Con artists. Very poor servise . Conflicting information. Not organized. Only care about themselves and not the customers. Not organized. Saw others with conflecting concerns and rate charges. Very concerned. Would not stay here again.

My son had his Jiujitsu competition and this hotel is just 9min drive to Laurentian University. Clean and convenient. We love our stay here and breakfast was a plus.

Will not return. Bed skirt had something crystallized and stuck to it. There was a very strong odour when we first entered the room, could have been from the bathroom drains. Only amenity was a tube of poor quality shampoo, not even conditioning shampoo. No conditioner, or body lotion, shower cap or cleansing wipes. Bathroom was so small you had to move around the door in the bathroom to close it.

Great staff and friendly. They let us check in early while I had a medical procedure so my mom who is 85 could be somewhere safe since she could not drive. Much appreciated! It would have been nice to have had a full service restaurant there.

Everything was excellent. Check in staff were excellent and so friendly. The breakfast was delicious. My only complaint was the tv remote didnt work, but we also didnt say anything. Will definitely be my go to hotel in Sudbury.
