“Ready to go back.”

This was a very good hotel. Rooms were sharp. Pool clean and well maintained. You could see that the manager and staff took pride in their establishment.

Convenient location downtown & speedy check in & express checkout. Room was clean & large & very comfortable. Ate @ Pesto within Hotel, which was very good & reasonably priced. Room service was prompt & food was good. Parking was convenient & we enjoyed our stay.

“Two happy nights at the Radisson”

Very clean. Very comfortable. We enjoyed the swimming pool both nights we stayed and also the hot tub. Beds were super comfortable and also fun to adjust. Instructions for bed adjustments were misleading though, because they were for a different type of adjustable bed than the ones we had. However, it wasn't hard to figure out how to change the hardness of the mattress.

“Nice hotel”

No room service after 10pm and I had trouble getting the vending machines to work. However, to there credit the staff did find me what I wanted. Everything else was perfect.

“Great place to stay in Sudbury!”

During our recent trip to Sudbury to visit family this Christmas, it was obvious that the house was going to be a little too crowded. We therefore decided to get ourselves a hotel room for the weekend and we were fortunate enough to have gone ahead and booked the Radisson in Sudbury. It was an absolutely beautiful hotel, with a large, comfortable suite, a microwave, fridge and TV movies on demand, not to mention the king size bed! All for quite a reasonable rate, which was worth every penny. The location was great too- close to everything and central. When we come back to Sudbury, we will surely be paying the Radisson another visit!

“felt well looked after and welcome”

The reception desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and furnished with many " extras" that were appreciated. The carpet could use a good cleaning though.

The first room we got was NOT cleaned, a used razor in the shower, tub dirty, room not vacuumed, and blown up balloons floating around the room. Went to front desk to let them know, and they got us another room as soon as possible - excellent customer service. Will always go back to Radisson.

“Very nice”

Very nice hotel, reasonably priced. Room was large, clean, well-equipped. The restaurant, Pesto's, had good food, good prices, and friendly service. The only problem I had during my stay was that I learned that the hotel was in a high crime area. I still recommend this hotel, but advise anyone staying there to lock their vehicles, keep valuables secured and out of sight and look out for anyone with a weapon. There was a knifing in the attached shopping mall during my one night stay at the hotel!
