A delight to find such a clean, friendly, welcoming place to stay. Booked in late so the kitchen was closed but a member of staff was happy to make me a sandwich. Clean room and lovely breakfast. What more can I say?

Nearly everything was perfect, we stayed in room 23 which had a lot of space. Only negative was the shower wasn't very powerful and felt a bit like a running tap. Bed was comfy. Breakfast facilities were great with full English and pastries / cereals etc.

Went to England to visit our son stationed at RAF Lakenheath. The base is 25 minutes from the hotel. The staff made us feel welcomed, the town is wonderful so much to see. Travel to Cambridge is easy using the train. Get around using Bob's taxi. Being from the United States it was nice how the local people made you feel welcome.

We had 2 comfortable nights when using this hotel to visit Suffolk. The hotel is very convenient with good road links to surrounding areas. We asked for a quiet room and were given very quiet accommodation at the rear of the hotel - a few banging doors from those going to work in the morning. The room was adequate but not luxurious - just as you would expect for this price range. Breakfast, cooked to order, was excellent. We ate twice in the restaurant and the food and service were superb.
Overall, would definitely recommend.

Dissappointed re request for early check in was agreed when we arrived this was not possible.
Also my Sister was taken poorly and had to be taken to hospital by ambulance which all the staff where aware of and when i checked out was made to pay for 2 nights stay think it would have been considerate if they had waived the 2nd nights charge. would not recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely would not revisit, thought that as it was a Best Western that standards would have been better
