Lovely stay
Lovely stay, gorgeous apartment. The bathroom could do with some TLC though (cracks and patches above the shower/sink, door hinges need tightening as it's dropped and hard to close as a result) and the master bedroom is very light in the mornings due to only having vertical blinds. Regardless of this I would definitely recommend and would return myself....the apartment and gardens are so lovely and well done, with the private garden/hot tub being an extra bonus and beautiful. Only a 15/20min walk to the high st so perfect location too!

I enjoyed my stay. The people upstairs were heavy footed, but never heard anything from the neighbors on the same floor. Would easily stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Lovely accommodation, easy to find, and within walking distance of town. If staying there for the racing you will need to drive or walk into town to get shuttle bus. The apartments are spacious and have everything need for either a short break or a longer holiday.

Lovely apartment but a bit of a mix up on arrival. We were texted apartment 2 and to get the key out of the lock box but there was no key . Someone arrived and advised we were in apart 3 . Also someone else parked in our allocated parking space all weekend. Would be nice to get a welcome pack of some sort, milk butter and bread. A lot further away from the centre than expected , almost 3/4 m. Very comfortable apartment.

What a chic apartment!
Such a lovely apartment and the easiest check-in experience compared to all other apartments I've checked in to. The building overall had a lovely home-like feel to it and the room itself was so chic. The only down-side was a few bulbs weren't working so it was a bit dull at times but overall, it was lovely and we'd love to stay here again!

Very friendly staff. Upgraded us to family cottage as soon as we arrived. The decor is beautiful. Lovely way to spend my birthday. Only downside was there were lots of spiders - but no surprise considering the area.

Very welcoming host great location. Very comfortable sofa in lounge. Host very helpful I spilt cola on my dress and owner gave me some detergent to wash it. Apartment well equipped.

We were exceptionally pleased with our appartment. It was plush, spacious, very well kitted out, and had a hot tub which we hadnt expected! Our children and use really loved it, and the owener was extremely helpful too. Would highly recommend....

Little Piece of Heaven
I booked the Newmarket Boutique Apartments as we were attending a family wedding nearby. We arrived late due to serious RTA on road at Scotch Corner. Jo kept in touch by text and I kept her updated about our possible arrival. When we eventually arrived and were shown to our Apartment No 4 on the first floor we were not disappointed. The decor was beautiful and the apartment had everything you would need for a stay. It is centrally located in Newmarket with easy access to main roads. I had the best nights sleep in a long time as bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The water pressure in the ensuite shower was much better than most hotels. My daughter and I had a great experience staying here and we would not hesitate to stay again or indeed recommend to anyone looking to book accommodation in Newmarket.

Newmarket beauty
This was booked as a treat for my wife as she is an equestrian and this is horsetown without a doubt. Close to Newmarket racecourse and several stud farms, it cateers for this market. It is also tough a good base for exploring the coastline of suffolk and East Anglia and is 25 minutes from RAF Duxford if airshows and aircraft displays are your thing. Lovely accomodation with a full stylish apartment on offer with on ground parking.

Joanne, the owner was great, she gave us such a warm welcome and brought us milk when we arrived for our tea and coffee. She gave us a lift to the High Street in Newmarket. The apartment was lovely and spacious. It was such a great place to stay in a very nice part of town. I would highly recommend this hotel.

My husband and I had a fantastic time at the apartments, they are incredibly well designed with extremely luxurious furnishings. The owner Joanne was very welcoming and even gave us a sneak peak at some of the other apartments which were equally as great. We will most certainly be coming back for a weekend away.

We stayed on the ground floor in a 2 bed apartment and it was perfect in every way for our stay. We could use our own entrance or the main one, we had our own access to the garden, and the garden was very secluded and secure. All very nice indeed.

Stayed here on a recent weekend to Newmarket incorporating an organised trip around the local race horse facilities.The apartment we stayed in was situated at the front of the building on the first floor.Very nicely decorated the apartment contained everything you would need .Bed was really comfortable.Lovely to sit at the table and watch the race horses pass on the way to the gallops.

A weekend in Newmarket
Our second stay at the property in 2014. We were allocated a different room this time which fell below the standard of the previous visit. The rooms provide value for money when you consider you have as much room as some one bedroom flats! Service always friendly and very helpful.

Newmarket Boutiques Apartment
This was our first experience of the apartments. The flexibility shown by members of staff on duty at the time of arrival was excellent - in our case my Wife found it easier to stay on the ground floor as the steps to the first floor (for her) proved quite steep. Not a problem for more abled persons Everything was explained and we felt immediately at home. The only issue I would bring to their attention was the occasional noise during the morning as people came in via the side gate. Everything else was very good and most of all, we look forward to going back for long weekends in future.
