Schöner Altbau in bester Lage in der AltstadtPosted Mar 27, 2015
Pros: Blick vom Zimmer auf oberstem Stock
Location: Direkt Altstadt

A gem: Great location; Warm and friendly!Posted Mar 25, 2015
Pros: friendly staff; cleanliness; breakfast buffet;
Cons: I can't think of anything!
Location: It is walking distance to Aya Sophia, Blue Mosque, Cisterns, Topkapi Palace, etc. Also close to shopping.
This hotel was a real gem. Great location within minutes walk to Aya Sophia/Blue Mosque, etc. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very spacious, fresh and clean - newly redone. Fabulous breakfast spread in the mornings - you won't need lunch. But don't forget to try their dinner menu!

La sola cosa positiva e' la posizionePosted Mar 21, 2015
Non aspettatevi un hotel di 5 stelle ... massimo 3. Niente suite, camera confortevole, ma abbastanza piccola. Colazione pessima

Nicely located hotel with a viewPosted Mar 20, 2015
Pros: The location was ideal for visiting the historic sites. Also, the view was one of the best in Istanbul, with the two mosques and the water.
Cons: To talk to the bars across the street to limit their noise level at night. It was a bit loud for us. If you want peace an quiet recommend...ocean side
Location: There a plenty of places to see nearby. The hotel is centrally located to all historic and famous sites.
This was the first time we stood at a Best Western abroad, and by far this hotel changed me view on Best Western. From before we arrived to the location, the staff was extremely helpful. They we able to set up a shuttle service from Ataturk Airport for a couple for a nice rate. When we checked in the staff was more than welcoming and was able to provide me with al the information around the local area with all the attractions. The staff also provided us with safety tips for Istanbul so that we could experience a safe and welcoming stay in Istanbul. The room that we were given was the Executive Suite on the top floor (5th Floor). The room had a view of Hagia Sofia, blue mosque, and the waterview. This is a great room is you seek a view. The only downside to this room was the noise from the street below. The bars across the street were load and were open till the early parts of the morning. This noise was not ideal for people with jet lag, and kept us up throughout the night. If you are a light sleeper or the seeking the peace and quietness, I recommend the ocean view rooms. Overall the location was perfect, and is walking distance to all historic and tourist attractions. If you are into the local cuisine, there are numerous restaurants near this location. Definitely a must stay...I will be staying here again if I find myself back in Istanbul.

Fantastic location and helpful staffPosted Mar 7, 2015
Pros: I would certainly recommend this Best Western for it's location, sea view and friendly staff.
Cons: 501 - bathroom - very small with shower in the bath which splashed over the side of the bath if you had the water on anything more than a light spray.
Location: Right there 200 meters from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkarpi palace. Great range of restaurants next to hotel.
This small hotel is located right in the heart of the main sights along a colourful street with restaurants and cafes. The hotel staff did all they could to make us feel welcome and comfortable and we had a wonderful room on the 5th floor overlooking the Bosporus. The bathroom, however, was very small and the shower a challenge. I would recommend you go for a high up room overlooking the sea rather than the street as I suspect it may be a little noisy. The hotel's little restaurant did us a very delicious meal on our first night and breakfast was a buffet style, with a good selection, although we felt perhaps the food would have been better if we had come down a bit earlier each morning. .
