“Best Hotel in Summerville!!”

I saw that this was the top rated hotel in the area and I could definitely see why. After staying for only 2 days we had decided to extend our stay one more night because the experience was so pleasant. After just one day we were already on a first-name basis with the employees, and they had a blast with our 1 yr old daughter, going out of the way to ensure that we had whatever we needed for her. The free breakfast was far better than a lot of hotel breakfasts that we have had. The choices change on a daily basis, and it is not simply a cheap continental set up. I would pay for the breakfast myself. There is a waffle house right next door and we did not venture there once for breakfast during our stay.

“Hampton Inn Offerings”

The room was adequate in size and furnishings. We heard no outside noises to disturb our sleep. The continental breakfast was outstanding in the variety of offerings and the quality of those offerings.

“Nice clean, firendly hotel, great value”

The Hampton Inn was very comfortable and clean, the staff were very friendly and the location was perfect for us right between Charleston, Columbia and Hilton Head. The breakfast was nice and the lady who took care of that area, kept everything nice and clean... The "robust" coffee was great!!!

“Quiet, comfy hotel and good breakfast!”

I liked how we were on the top floor. (No elevator but didn't mind because at least we got exercise.) Liked how we had a quiet room! No screaming kids and couldn't hear the TV next door which is nice.

Rooms where nice.breakfeast was buffet style with scrambled eggs every morn also waffle maker. Fruit and cereal oatmeal normal continental breakfast good one not just bread and cereal. The drive into chareston was easy trip up interstate its bout 20 miles so if your looking for close this is not that close but we where on motorcycle and wanted a hotel out a little bit. This was perfect for us.also walmart is right next door so if you forgot anything for your trip you can walk across parking lot to go get it also plenty reasturants right there .in all nice hotel staff was very freindly allways greeted with a smile and friendly greeting We very much enjoyed our stay here.we stayed four nights no problems during our stay at all.would recommend .

“I'll stay there all the time in Charleston area.”

This is a great hotel. Perfectly located, near I-26 and Walmart. Very friendly personnel who called us by name when we walked in and out of the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone. The pricing was excellent.

“Extraordinary Staff!”

There were three of us on this long weekend trip and one thing all three of us repeated over the weekend was about how impressive the staff of this hotel was. From the moment of check in, to when two of them showed up to help us carry our luggage up those "cardio-friendly" stairs...to printing maps for us ....suggesting local restaurants (we loved Oscar's thankyouverymuch!), to sharing the source of that terrific grapefruit on the morning buffet and sharing laughs throughout the weekend...they were pure delight! And as much as we didn't LOVE those stairs, because of the comments of the employees we were laughing about them with each trip up and down! We'd all be happy to return should the opportunity present itself...the Hampton Inn management can be proud of their entire staff at this site! No it's not their newest location by any means...but it's clean, well taken care of and the atmosphere trumps even those stairs! I've stayed at newer with more elaborate amenities, but I can't say I've enjoyed a visit any more than this one and know my travel friends agree!

“Very nice place to stay, affordable, clean & comfy”

Very clean, nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and clean and everything worked well. (not a lot of counter space in bathroom though-no big deal). breakfast was well done and clean and tidy and staff was friendly. The drive into historic Charleston was only about 25 min and well worth it to stay here.
