“Great location!”

Fourth or fifth time we have stayed at Beaver Run. Great location next to slope, staff is courteous and helpful. Shuttle eliminates parking hassles if you go into town.

“Great Ski-in/Ski-out Choice”

This is a condo-hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to assist. The slope-side room we requested was unavailable the first day due to Spring Break crowds, but we were moved the next day to the requested room (both rooms had good views). The room was in excellent shape, newly decorated, and met all of our needs. We used the kitchenette and made breakfasts and a couple of dinners there. Building 4 is truly ski-in ski-out, and worked out very well, being right near a main quad lift. If you are a skiier, this is the building to be in. Ski locker room was a big plus, good location and size of lockers. Our two kids and us adults alike enjoyed the Building 4 hot tub and pool; the kids decided the larger pool in the lodge was too crowded, and the smaller hot tubs were crowded with drinking adults, so they didn't use them. Price for the room was reasonable and less then other slope-side hotels in the area. Spencer's restaurant was mediocre at best and very pricey, althought the staff/service was friendly and good. Mi Casa Mexican restaurant in town was excellent and reasonably priced. Few people at Spencer's, large crowds and locals and 45 minute wait at Mi Casa's. Crepes A la Carte food stand in town was also excellent and very popular (and a nice change), although we questioned whether waiting 50 minutes standing in line on a cold night was worth it. All-in-all, Beaver Run Resort is a place we would definitely come back to.

“Excellent Resort for Families”

I stayed there before about 16 yrs ago and I was afraid it may have deteriorated, but it was in excellent conditon. I rented a 2 bedroom condo which was very reasonbly priced. The were 3 adults and 3 kids in my party and it was great because there was room for 8 when you include the sleeper sofa. One thing I always loved of the resort was that it was a ski in ski out resort. No need to take a bus or shuttle to go ski. Just walk out the door and and ski. They have everything there. I would have given a 5 on staff except for 1 day they did not pick up the trash and left us without towels and we had to call them and they came up right away. It was no big deal , just an oversight. I would definately reccomend the resort and I plan to stay there again when I come back and " I'll be back"

“Beaver Run Resort - Breckenridge, CO”

This is an old but comfy resort just full of amenities. Watch the skiers come down the slope while you sit and relax in an outdoor hot tub! I highly recommend Beaver Run if you don't mind charming character over brand new. It has so much to offer that you'll have to check it out online just to see what I'm talking about. And the town of Breckenridge is just like something from a story book.

“Very Accommodating!”

Upon checking into our room, we discovered it was on the Ground Floor. When we asked to be moved to a room with a better view, the hotel was very accommodating and sent someone to help us move to a 6th floor room with an awesome mountain view!

“Great hotel for every one. Family or groups.”

Staff helpful and friendly. All requests such as firewood and maintenance for the room were met very quickly. In fact much faster than I expected. This was our first visit and we will be staying there again next year.
