It's hard to beat the location for ski in ski out also came with ski lockers. The rooms are a little outdated as is the hotel but overall a good experience.

Nice hotel with excellent slopeside access and hot tub/pool overlooking the slope. The furniture in the room was nice and updated, but the bathroom and kitchen could use a refresh.

The hotel is nice, but a little outdated.Posted Jan 21, 2015
Pros: The beds were comfortable. It's nice to have a restaurant and market right there without having to leave the hotel. The shuttle bus is nice too.
Cons: Some updates would be nice.
The overall experience was fine, but I was a little disappointed in the room. It was small (even for a hotel room) and it was outdated. The entry to our room was a little weird. We entered through one door and then there were two more doors for two more rooms...Two rooms using the same entry. I was not fond of that. The beds were comfortable so sleep was good. Also, the t.v. was tiny. I'm not one who needs a lot, but for the money we spent of the room I thought it could have been a little nicer.

Nice hotelPosted Jan 20, 2015
Hotel room needs a little updating but were clean and quiet. The hallway outside our room smelled like pot and cigarettes. Our kids enjoyed the pool and arcade. Stay pleasant overall.

Great ski-in ski-out locationPosted Jan 20, 2015
Pros: Good facilities, restaurants, and amenities. Comfortable, updated, and clean room. Very friendly staff throughout.
Cons: Could use more and/or larger hot tubs as they tend to get full very quickly given the size of the resort and number of guests.
Location: Just skied. Everyone loved the location.
Excellent experience. We loved the location of our unit in building 2 which was close to all amenities. And the location of the resort being so close to town. We will be back!

Great Hotel with beautiful views.Posted Jan 19, 2015
Pros: Free shuttle service was great. reliable, prompt, and courtious.
Cons: Only there for the weekend. We left really early to activities and returned at 3pm but our room was not cleaned yet. Very Disappointing.
Location: Close to all downtown activities and with free shuttle very little walking was required to get to.
Hotel was really good. Great shuttle service available until 2am.

I ve stayed at Beaver Run may times. Its in one of the best locations on the mountain. Ski in and some of the buildings ski out. In buildings 1, 2 and 3 you still have a short walk to the chair lift. Building 4 is the only true ski in ski out. My trouble with beaver run is a wide spread attitude problem with the staff. I always feel like they are doing you a favor to help you out and that generally burns me. I try not to stay at beaver run because of that. I get the feeling that everyone is burned out and that do not enjoy working there. Its a very busy place and it is very big. The facility is also beginning to show its age. For what they charge I would look for another place to stay.

Great ski in, ski out hotel on Peak 9, BreckPosted Jan 17, 2015
We stayed at Beaver Run resort for 2 weeks in January. What we loved most was the location and the convenience of being able to ski out the door and onto the mountain. Perfect spot for beginners with lots of easy slopes from the quicksilver lift. And great for experts with quick access to the black slopes on Peak 10.
