“Good Stay for Price”

This hotel was very nice. Nice tile floor and very nice kitchen. Bed was very comfy for a hotel. The bedding wasn't scratchy like most other hotels, I actually slept through the whole night without waking up. I didn't use the stove, but it seemed new and clean. Comes with a toaster, microwave and coffee maker. The only thing I wasn't fond of is the check-in office is not on site. Otherwise, very nice hotel and I would recommend staying there.

“The Breckenridge Park Meadows is just like getting into a hot tub time machine!”

One step into this place brings you back to 1979. Unit 4A was adorned with wood panelling even in the shower! Though this lodge could use a home makeover, the place was cheap, clean, cozy, and close to the mountain, which is all that you need when you're spending most of your time riding that pow. No real complaints about this place except that the walls are pretty thin and you can hear the footsteps of people on the above floor if you happen to have a ground floor unit, but that really didn't bother me too much. I'd definitely recommend this condo to cost-conscious shredders alike, and I will be booking a unit here again the next time I am in Breck.

“a student's get away.”

Had a great time. Good place to stay for the price. Would love to go back. Also a true ski in condo, didn't have to walk more than 200 feet.

“Would love to have stayed longer”

Breckenridge Park Ridge upgraded my room to a one bedroom condo right at the edge of town. It was an extremely clean condo and had all the necessities to cook and be comfortable for a week's stay. Everything was perfect! It was convenient, relaxing, and I was very pleased. I hope to come back soon! Thank You!

“Great place to relax after a long day”

This is a great location for several reasons: 1) It has a kitchen in each room, so even on vacation you can do a bit of cooking if you get tired of the local cuisine. It's also nice for preparing meals for the slopes. 2) Even though the units are fairly small, they're clean and have different rooms, so you feel like you're living out of more than a box like in most hotels. 3) It has a hot tub and common area with a giant fireplace, both are very nice after a long day of skiing/snowboarding. 4) Obviously proximity to Breck

“Breckenridge, CO”

The accommodations was very good, comfort and at position right at the Peak Ski Center of Breckenridge. Very nice mountain view from the room. Room was fully equipped with all necessary things as well full kitchen. We enjoyed fire place in the room and the balcony out. In the building there were separate places for ski rentals storage, sauna and inside/outside spa. No cleaning service is provided for your stay but all essentials are provided, detergents, soap, towels, etc. However, towels were changed for the stay. Free internet in the room. We have enjoyable family vacation.

“Pleasantly surprised”

In Breckenridge for a scientific conference. Every room in the apartment was spotless and well maintained, and the kitchen and living room areas were large enough to really relax. Locate within a short walk of the downtown area. Definitley my first choice when I come back next year.

“Great place for the price”

Very nice place with great location. Pretty small and somewhat outdated (70s decor and appliances). I would recomend it to anyone on a budget not planning on spending large amounts of time in the room.

“Great Value”

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a good experience. Visually, it leaves a lot to be desired; expect a decor that hasn't been updated since the 70's. But the bed and couch were both very comfortable. The two hot tubs were nice and the fire pit in the "lobby" was a great place to chill out with a bottle of wine at night. The kitchen was a nice bonus when we felt like cheaping out dinner. As far as the skiing/boarding, Breckenridge was amazing. Getting to the slopes was less than ideal-- you have to wait for a bus that keeps a very irregular schedule to take you to the lifts. Though our worst wait was only 10 minutes. Coming in was much more convenient since the condos were just a bit off 4 O'Clock Run. All in all, it was a great value for the price. If you want high class, look elsewhere, but if you're looking for a cozy place to crash at the end of the day for a great price, this is it.

“Great place, great value for the money”

This was the less expensive place we found to staygirlfriend. We loved it, great common area, great location. One thing tough, althoug our 1 bedroom apartment was great, since they are privately owned I guess the state of the apartment you get depends on how your owner keeps it.
