Convenient location beautiful viewsPosted Apr 14, 2015
We stayed at Evergreen in 2014. That condo was well stocked with a crock pot, storage containers, dish soap, etc. this year that was not the case. Basic supplies were good, but limited. Clean room. Staff very responsive to our needs/ questions. I like the location- close to keystone w option to use shuttle and easy driving to many resorts.

Decided to make one last ski trip this season and selected Evergreen for lodging. Couldn't be happier with the accommodations. The condo was beautiful (we stayed at The Pines) and beds were very comfortable. It was also very quiet which is surprising in a ski area with people usually stomping around in ski boots. The condo was well stocked with kitchen items and we were also provided plenty of extra blankets/pillows. We loved it and can't wait to visit again!

We'll Definitely Be Back!Posted Mar 19, 2015 on Hotels
Excellent location for a quiet getaway near the slopes. Front desk service was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely book this place again when I return. - VERY quiet – Easy to find parking – Short shuttle ride to Keystone Resort w/ frequent pickup times

Great viewPosted Mar 12, 2015
The condo was great overall. It was easy to get to the slopes and the balcony view was great. The downside: 1. We returned one evening to a sickening odor coming from the humidifier in our room 2. Management instructed us to place dirty towels in the hallway and they were never removed by housekeeping

Great location and beautiful propertyPosted Mar 2, 2015
Pros: Great location; within proximity to Keystone Lakeside Village, River Run and Nordic Center.
Cons: My only recommendation would be to change the faucets in the bathrooms (shower). Otherwise there was nothing else I would change. Absolutely wonderf
Location: Ice skating and hockey at Keystone Lakeside Village (< 5 min drive). Gondolas to Adventure Point (< 5 min drive). Tubing at Nordic Ctr (<10 min)
Great experience at the property, can't wait to go back. Check in was smooth and easy; staff gave great information and even provided vouchers for use throughout Keystone for different activities (ice skating at Keystone Lakeside Village, skiing at the Nordic Center, etc). Rented a 2 bedroom condo, 2 kids (under age 6) and 4 adults. and were placed in the St. John building. Our condo was very spacious and great amenities: full kitchen with plates, glasses, coffee maker, fridge, stove/oven, microwave - all the necessities and more. We were even surprised with a complimentary bottle of wine. The living room/dining room and kitchen were all upstairs (where you walk in to the room) and then the two bedrooms were downstairs. The view from the master bedroom was phenomenal and both bedrooms and bathrooms were incredibly spacious. The sofa in the living room also included a sofa bed, in case you have one or two additional people with you. Our overall experience was absolutely wonderful.

Good for familiesPosted Feb 26, 2015 on Hotels
We loved the location. The view of the ice skating is awesome. Also, so easy to get to the lifts. Either shuttle directly out the door, or we drove to the free lot. The pool was a hike. Too far in the freezing cold! The kitchen is dying for an upgrade. No stock pot for spaghetti, no peeler, only steak knives to cut veggies, fridge was not keeping things cold, coffee maker was broken, electric stove was from the '80s... The bed was comfy, I loved the giant blankets : ) the sleeper was pretty uncomfortable for the adults, but my 5yo did fine with it. Sofa by day was comfy as well. Liked the large dining table, plenty of room. If you kick on the fireplace, be forewarned that the place will get HOT!! But I liked it : ) this place is not luxe, maybe not quite worth the price. If you can get into the "cabin" feel and just make do with what's there, it's overall pretty good. But more than anything, I love love love the time my family got to spend together making this winter vacations memories!

2 Rooms in 3 Days, Both terriblePosted Jan 19, 2015
Pros: very close to bus pick up sites
Cons: -Guest Service -Cleanliness -Stocking rooms w/ proper amount of towels, etc -Stocking kitchen with clean, necessary utensils -Replacing old mattresses
Location: close to dining and ski resorts
The three of us checked in around 4pm, check in was easy and our room was on the 4th floor, and looked very nice. looks can be deceiving. We had to call 3 times and wait about 3 hours for someone to bring us more towels and blankets (enough for 3 people that we had on the hotel reservation), The shower was not draining and we would be standing in 4" of water after only being in a short amount of time, the sinks also were not draining properly, the kitchen utensils and equip were dirty so we had to wash everything before we used them, the beds were VERY uncomfortable (the queen bed squeaked excessively with small movements and we woke up with our lower backs hurting, and the sofa bed was old and the springs were felt through the old mattress, tv was not connected to cable. The next afternoon we called & explained our issues & they moved us to another room on the 1st floor. Queen bed was better, 3rd guest slept on the couch not the pullout because the mattress was so uncomfortable, while the water drained properly the hot water only lasted maybe 20 minutes each night and with 3 guests on vacation that was awful. dishes and appliances were still dirty in the kitchen, toaster didn't work right, missing a lot of essential kitchen utensils, once again didn't have enough towels for 3 guests, this unit was a downgraded room without a view, only partial windows to let light in, and very loud from being on street level.
