“Nice place. Awesome pines.”

This hotel is situated in between pine trees. The air is fresh and the view is great. The rooms are great also.

“Second Honeymoon”

We had the trip of a lifetime and it was all well worth it. The place we stayed at was right by the bus stop, thus allowing us to visit all of Keystone, Mountain View and River Run. The Evergreen Condos made it feel like home, providing a kitchen, balcony overlooking the mountain and even a fireplace. The condo was also very convenient to get to Loveland Pass, A-Basin and other prime snowboarding grounds within a short drive. The staff at Keystone are very well versed and knew of several places to get lunch and dinner throughout. I would highly recommended this place to anyone!

“Great accomodations for the price!”

The condo was spacious, very comfortable, clean and updated... so much better than squeezing our family of four into a standard hotel room! We only were spending one night, and upon check in and seeing how great our accomodations were...we decided to order in Chinese for dinner so we could just hang out, build a fire, and enjoy our condo!

“Photos don't do justice - this is a very nice place”

My condo: - was very clean throughout - carpets, bedding, kitchen, furnishings etc - had a full kitchen well stocked with cooking implements etc - was very spacious with large bedroom, lounge room, kitchen, bathroom and outdoor area (for nicer weather) - was private and quiet (although it was low season) - had cable TV and wireless internet - had central heating plus gas (imitation log) fire - more than adequately romantic - was not served well by the photos on Expedia. I was pleasantly surprised at how modern, comfortable and cozy it was. very nice! The owners should employ a professional photographer to capture how nice these places are. I visited for 6 nights in late Oct, 2010 and was very impressed with Evergreen condos (although not once did I see a sign saying 'Evergreen') - 'Homestead' appeared here and there - an insignificant matter. Check-in was via the Keystone condo registration office which took some finding but after that all was smooth sailing. I'm a writer and was to be locked away for my stay so asked for a condo with a view, and i got one! A lovely view over the creek and pine forest rising up the hill on the other side, and up the valley to my left. Visitors should be prepared that Keystone sits in a valley - you are not anchored to a precipice overlooking 15000ft peaks. Also, being low season, Keystone itself was very quiet with most of the restaurants etc closed. I had a car and very often drove to Dillon (10 mins away) for supplies and for eating out.

“Very nice & a good value.”

Really enjoyed the stay. The 2 BR condo was extremely well equipped, comfortable and clean. Location is very convenient to Keystone, A-Basin, Breck and even Copper or Vail. Large kitchen and shopping nearby really saved money on eating out and was much more convenient after a long day of skiing. Would definitely come back.

“Great place for skiing vacation”

We were very happy with our choice. The place had a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, large living room. The shuttle to Keystone skiing area is provided by the resort. 1.5 hour driving from Denver.
