“very nice ski lodge option”
I booked this hotel unexpectedly and was delighted to find it was a really nice location, ammmenities and experience. The rooms were nicely decorated and had a great view of the area out my hotel window. I will definately remember this location as the price vs. the venue was a great value.freindly staff as well.
“What a great location!”
What a great experience, thank you.
“Where do you park?”
There are very few parking spots for a 5 story hotel. We were there during the off season and had to park across the street in a strip mall. The rooms are small-along the lines of a Motel 6. The staff was helpful and friendly but there was trash under the beds in the room. There was no air conditioning and the room was warm even for being mid September and we could not get it cooled off with the fans provided. Furnishings were ok, including small refrigerator. For the price, I expected more of the hotel.
“Decent Hotel”
This was a decent hotel for the one night I stayed. There is a dive bar next door that proved to be fun and convenient after the wedding we attended.
“Close to ski lift”
The first night we arrived the sink would not drain, the a/c would only blow hot air and the window would not shut. Maintenance repaired everything the next morning. I wasn't offered any compensation for this irritating less than comfortable inconvenience. The $10 per night resort fee is crap!
“Very pleasant stay”
Good location and very helpful staff.
“Pretty good value”
All in all this was a nice place to stay. The staff were pleasant and very accomodating. The condition of the hotel and room was nice (a little older but what we had expected). Parking is a little tight. The only real gripe we have is their resort fee (in addition to their room rate, about $10). It is rather deceiving to add on an after purchase fee for some minor things in return (ex. free bottle of water in the room). I would rather have them tack on this fee to the original price of the room instead of adding it on which makes their rate seem lower than it really is. Plus they should inform the guest upon check-in of the few benefits that come with this fee, vice letting the guest (maybe) figure it out themselves.
“Great hotel in Keystone”
Very satisfied with our stay. We were in a 1-bedroom suite. Very comfortable & great views of the ski area. Friendly personnel. It will be my first choice if I go back to Keystone.
“Solid, good hotel in a great location in Keystone/River Run”
Nice, small hotel bar - clean hotel - nice staff - great location. Overall great deal & package.
“Dog-Friendly Hotel w/ Helpful Tips”
knowledgeable staff about dining options, dog-friendly places- e.g., informed me about dog park in Breck; housekeeping called to see if we'd like room cleaned (they won't clean if you have dog actively in room); had humidifier (saved my skin from drying completely out!); fine dining downstairs (though didn't realize better to RSVP). Downside: wished their pool table was working. carpet in room could have been cleaner- didn't notice till we looked at our white socks (and this is before dogs entered room).
