bad choice

Posted Oct 20, 2014
Hotel was old and not up to normal cleanliness stds. Room was small and bathroom was very tight to get into.I had prepaid the room through expedia and they charged me again for the room saying that they did not have any record of it. The kid at the front desk looked like he didn't want to be there and could care less. I later called expedia and they got it straight and the hotel refunded my money for their charge as it was their mistake. I won'y stay there again.

Our shower didn't drain and the workout room key wasn't working so I had to wait to be let in but other than that the staff was very friendly and the hotel is in a great location overall our stay was very nice

This hotel fit its price range nicely

Posted Sep 29, 2014
Pros: Comfy room but snug. Not enough power outlets for my computer or cell phone. Good Wifi connection speed but need to reconnect in the morning
Cons: More power outlets since most people these days carry a few power equipment which needs outlets to plug in.
Location: Silverthorne Outlet Stores are close by for shopping.
Good and pleasant one night stay at the la Quinta Inn. It was very busy but the staff tries to accommodate everyone's need. This hotel also includes an Old Chicago restaurant which made it convenient for dinner without the need to drive out.

Great view from hotel window

Beds have memory foam mattress and not comfortable. Bar in hotel has nice beer and food choices at reasonable prices. Love the bus system for free you can ride to breckenridge or Frisco. The Mint is a fun dive restaurant where u cook ur own steaks--very good and cheap! View out of hotel window was Amazing!!!

Great place to stay for hiking

Posted Sep 27, 2014
Pros: Good value for the price. Location is excellent for great hiking.
Cons: Hot tub was lukewarm. Staff mentioned that the water could not be hotter due to local ordinance?
Location: Close to continental divide and Mount Quandary
Good value for the cost. Clean rooms with good front desk service. Continental breakfast.

adequate

Posted Sep 21, 2014
Pros: My room was clean and comfortable. There was a restaurant on premises.
Cons: The hotel could use some general maintenance and updating.
The room and amenities of this hotel were adequate. The main lobby has a warm, cozy, comfortable feeling with a large stone fireplace and oversized leather seating. My room was comfortable and clean however, there were no outlets available for charging phones or computers. The hotel is showing signs of age and disrepair ... water stained ceiling tiles near the pool area, broken seals in the windows in my room that created condensation inside the windows that made it impossible to enjoy the beautiful view.
