“Fantastic”

This hotel was very nice. The room had a full kitchen, couch, bed, bath, flat screen tv, and wonderful balcony. The creek flows into the lake you see in the pictures. We went in the early fall, but if you went during ski season you could probably ski from the lift to this hotel. It's a great location. Walking distance to Main st. We parked and never used the car once. Hopefully we'll be heading back soon :)

“Would definitely return and stay again at the Marriott”

The only issue I had was the extra fee for using their parking garage. There is no overnight street parking available in the area, so a guest is forced to use this service.

“Perfect site for exploring Breckenridge”

only thing which would have made room more comfortable would have been luggage racks. We loved the sweet little studio, and the localtion was great...would love to come back.

This place was wonderful in every way. Location to town and ski lift is 20 yds. Staff very helpful. Accomadations were perfect. No complaints from me which is unusual when traveling.

Right next to every thing Breckenridge. Walking distance to the grocery store,the chair lift and the best Irish Bar around. The staff were fantastic ,even found us a late night pizza place that delivered.We would stay again in a heart beat.

“Fantastic low season value”

We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite (4 adults and a baby) and it was so spacious, well equipped and luxurious. We enjoyed the low season specials at all the restaurants (the hotel gave us a listing) and loved swimming in the pool - the view from there is gorgeous.

“Lake view by the lifts”

This place was beautiful, located at the base of the Gondola lift right on a pond with stream, waterfall, and foot bridge to access the ski area. The other end of the complex is next to a shopping plaza and next to dozens of restaurants. The room was luxorious, clean and the bed was extremely warm and comfortable.

Clean, but did not have air conditioning. It was kind of hot even in the winter, needed to sliding glass door open to keep it cool. Very convenient to the slopes and downtown Breckenridge. Would stay there again.

Very comfortable room, with the exception of a very cold bathroom floor. Staff was very courteous and eager to help. Walking distance to the chairlifts, very convenient.
