Beautiful condo for skiing!Posted Jul 28, 2014
This condo was very cute and newly remodeled but if you spent more than the night in it it was uncomfortable. The bed was like a rock and the couches too. Not much fun for a summer stay but the mountains are GEORGEOUS and the staff were amazing!

Last time I stay there.Posted Apr 26, 2014 on Hotels.com
Multiple maintenance issues: sink was coming apart, light switch cover broken, broken glass all over patio--looked like nobody had been there for awhile. TV wasn't working and the 2 maintenance men they sent to fix it took forever to show up stank of smoke and didn't do anything else.

A great stay not too far away from the slopes.Posted Mar 8, 2014 on Hotels.com
Check-in was friendly and efficient. The room was great for one person, maybe two -- I couldn't see fitting 4 people in there with the Murphy bed and a couch. Bathroom counter was long and spacious. Very close to the Keystone shuttle, but shuttle is often late and almost easier to just walk to the Mountain Village base. Pool/spa/sauna building was close by. Spa is nice and hot, people were friendly, pool is heated, but the sauna does get hot at all. Very quiet facility, enjoyed the sleep. Outdoor parking is a bummer considering that there was indoor parking with plenty of open spaces when I was there.

Poor customer servicePosted Jan 26, 2014 on Hotels.com
I was extremely disappointed when I broke my leg skiing in keystone the The afternoon I was suppose to check in to the mountain house but even more disappointed when Mountain house would not even refund any of my money when I was unable to check in because I had to return to Denver for surgery. I understand that I would have to pay for the one night but for them not to work with me at all. I paid for three nights in advance and got nothing. This is very poor customer service for a very unfortunate accident that was obviously unforeseen. I comments regarding the conditions of the condo are NA because I never seen the facility. But review could not be submitted without a rating

Decent, but priceyPosted Jan 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
It was a good place for sure, very clean, and convenient to the ski hill, also with the kitchen, just a bit pricey for what all it was

Not worth the money -- short of expectationsPosted Nov 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
Not worth the money -- short of expectations! Room smelled bad, outdated decor, and worst of all the bedding was HORRIBLE! Springs and bars digging into our bodies as we slept -- well, at least tried to. NOT worth the money at all! The only positive was the transportation staff was very friendly.

Awesome for the money!Posted Nov 28, 2012 on Hotels.com
A Condo for this price is a real bargain. The setting was away from the road. The walking paths were goreous.
