“always awesome”
great stay
“Had a wonderful time!”
We were extremely happy staying ay the lodge. It was a very pleasant experience.
“very nice place”
We found this to be an exceptionally nice place, and the people at the front desk were extremely helpful and accommodating.
“Mountain Lodge Resort - Warrior Dash Weekend”
Very nice Hotel - was pleasantly surprised. Had everything you could ask for. Pool was nice and family friendly too!
“Perfect lodge accomodations”
Loved this place! The staff was absolutely wonderful and friendly. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The entire lodge/experience was fantastic!
“Will make this our place to stay when skiing in summit county.”
Lodge service was exceptional, helping us with discounted ski tickets. Rooms were perfect. The rooms are up-to-date for 2011, stone hearth/gas fireplace, catherdal ceilings (4th floor), king size bed, large bathroom. The kitchen was the perfect size for us. (2 folks), we cooked most nights and enjoyed apres-ski by the fireplace. Honestly, we didn't want to leave and hoped we could find a layout like this for our actual home. Good stuff. If your experience was as good as ours, you'll feel the same way! Thanks for an enjoyable time.
“Completely Satisfied”
My family (2 kids 12 & 9) stayed at the Mountain Thunder Lodge for 2 nights during spring break. To start with, Breckenridge is a great family mountain. Easy runs for the kids and amazing bowls for my husband. While we weren't skiing, we spent most of our time in the pool or hot tub. So nice to find a hotel with an outdoor pool open during the winter! It is a great option for kids who may not be up for skiing every day. The hotel is only a few blocks from Main Street and the gondola (with a ski in option as well) Our 1 bedroom room was clean, had a fully-stocked (dishes, etc) kitchen, tons of space, and fireplace. I'm sure I'm leaving out many wonderful things, but we will definitely be going back next year. We were nothing but pleased.
“Great time!”
Excellent facility, very clean, front desk staff very helpful and professional. Third time at this facility and will plan to go back next year as well!
“Second time at Mountain Thunder Lodge”
This is the second time we stay at the Mountain Thunder Lodge in a 2 bedroom appt. We like it, it is very comfortable with a full kitchen. The location is great and with their shuttle service you do not even have to take your car out of the garage. After skiing you can ski back to the hotel or call the shullte to pick you up. We stayed the week before Springbreak and it was very quiet. We got a great deal!
“Will return”
Condo very handsome. Roomy, well equipped. Service terrific. One minute ride to the gondola and 3 minutes to town, both easily walkable, but shuttles are always waiting for you.
