Pretty GoodPosted Jul 18, 2014
Pros: See previous post.
Cons: Put circulation fans in each bedroom during the summer months.
Location: Walk to main street, enjoyed my dinner at the Blue Creek Bistro.
I arrived (July) my Studio Suite was nice but the room was quite warm, windows were closed and the gas fireplace (pilot light) was actually emitting quite a bit of heat. I tried to open the windows, one window crank was stripped, had difficulty opening on of the windows. Windows only opened half way. With windows open the heat issue did not go away until I opened the room entry door to get some cross ventilation which did cool the room down a bit, but it seemed like the walls were also emitting heat. I find it difficult trying to sleep in a hot room so I went to the front desk to ask for a fan. The front desk attendant was nice and went back into the office behind the front desk and came out with an old dirty fan and gave it to me. I was grateful to get it, it saved my stay. I placed the fan in the window to draw cool air in from the outside since with the door closed I could not get any airflow into the room. TV in room came with a DVD player, it was very nice. Comfortable furniture. The bed in my Studio Suites was a queen sized Murphy Bed. My bed was sloped from feet to head area slightly down hill, in other words, my feet were above my head slightly. Kitchen area was nice. Bathroom was nice. Lobby area was nice. I took a swim, the pool was nice, water was cool which was nice. The hot tub was not hot enough. I enjoyed the location, parking was easy.

Terrible stay...Posted Jul 13, 2014
Cons: fire all personnel associed with customer check in.
Location: We had a room that was incredibly hot, no one to help there, and on the main street with so many sirens going off it impeded my sleep.
Dirty room, people none caring, no help.......... If this is what off season is all about, then I'll never go back.

Great stay at Mt Thunder !!!Posted Apr 9, 2014 on Hotels.com
My wife and I were there for a week in early April...loved it !!! Hotel and Breckenridge were not crowed at all at this time .Very helpful front desk and housekeeping staff. M T is only one block from downtown and free gondola to ski lifts.Hotel offers free shuttle to downtown if requested .Hot tub was terrific...room was always on the warm side so we kept a door or window open and turned on the fireplace !!!Would stay there again !!!!!

Best Location at BreckPosted Apr 3, 2014 on Hotels.com
Great place. Loved having the apartment where we could cook many of our own meals. The best part is you could walk to town or the gondola (many other locations require a shuttle). Will also say the shuttle service was very prompt and convenient!

First Class StayPosted Mar 27, 2014 on Hotels.com
Overall a great stay. All staff from front desk to housekeeping were were first class. The front desk staff went out of their way to be helpfull. We were there for the skiing and with the Gondola being less than a five minute walk and the last run of the day finishing at the rear of the hotel, thesituation could not have been better.

Great location, pricey, housekeeping badPosted Mar 17, 2014
Pros: Close to the lifts and rooms were great.
Location: Great town and lots to do. We enjoyed the free tubing park for our grandkids.
The location was great, was a pricey room for the week I thought. Had a hard time with housekeeping, we had to call them daily to clean the rooms, they were always showing up late in the afternoon and the trash was overflowing and we needed towels and beds made. We would have to call them to do their jobs. The other Staff was great. The shuttle was great to get up the mountain. The town was awesome.
