Very comfortable, clean, convenient. Great having laundry in unit. Kitchen well equipped. Highly recommend.

“Park Ave Lofts are great”

The one bedroom condo was in a great location just across from the Quicksilver lift and Village complex. Great views of the mountains and lots of light in our end unit. Furniture and kitchen gear was all fine. The bed was comfortable. The TV is located over the fireplace so not a great experience for our necks. The was a garage space included which worked out well. You don't really need to have a car for this location if you're flying in. Overall a very good deal.

“great for families”

This was the perfect place for a family of 4. The location is absolutely ideal, it was a great value, with a full kitchen and plenty of room. We would love to go back.

This was a very nice condo. I did not expect it to have everything that it did. It was like staying in someones home. Very warm and welcoming.

“Park Ave is Perfect for your Breck Trip”

I did a lot of searching for a condo that has a great location in Breck (close to downtown, lifts, ski rental), and I found it all with Park Ave. Not sure what to expect when we arrived, but all of us were very pleased not only with the location but with overall cleanleness and comfort of room (209). Units were built in 2001, yet appeared brand new! Underground parking was convienent (watch out for tight and steep declines and inclines). Storage area in basement was great for storing our ski equipment. Only complaint was that our room refrigerator starting making noises during our last few days and woke us up during the night. Probably should have notified the management company, but we left before they opened in the morning on our last day. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone and if we go back to Breck will stay there again.

“Will Definitely Go Back”

This is a condo in Breckenridge, CO. The kitchen is well equipped, bathroom has wonderfully think towels and nice ammenities, the couch is a queen bed, and there is a separate bedroom with a queen bed. The view out our balcony was breath taking. 2 negatives, no maid service unless you request it for their nominal fee and the condo is very warm in the summer.

“Great Location”

We stayed in the summertime, and the location is great. The units are newer, and very comfortable. There is actually no one on the premises, and you pick up your keys/info at the management company on Main Street. They were very helpful. Two negatives are mandatory 10am check out, and very noisy at night and in the am if your unit faces town. Next time we would request a mountain view.

“Good location”

Our one-bedroom unit was small, and a little stuffy, but the kitchen was well-equipped. Location is great for skiing, with the Peak 9 base (Village) just across the street, and Main Street shops and restaurants are a short, pleasant walk in the other direction. Management seemed excellent when I dealt with them.

* right in the town of Breckenridge, we could walk to all shops and restaurants on Main Street * our room 203 had a great view of the mountains * indoor parking was included - so we didn't have to worry about where to park or baking in the sun or paying for parking * only issue we had was my wife thought the bed was too hard and hurt her back
