“Breckenridge Park Place Condos”
This condo is an "upgrade" from the standard condo, and in our opinion well worth it. It is a quiet end unit, and although on the third floor and 8 flights of stairs up, the spectacular view of downtown Breckenridge is earned in every step. The jacuzzi area/fire pit is just below the condo, easy to access in the cold snowy nights. The condo had nice large plush leather sofa & chairs and large flat screen TV. The wood burning fireplace with abundant wood supply on the balcony was used nightly. The location was perfectly nestled close to downtown, very short walk to the Quicksilver lift, and ski-in1/4 block from 4 O'clock Run! And the covered parking turned out to be a blessing with the 21 inches of snow that fell overnight during our stay.
On the down side, the linens were very disappointing. Towels were mismatched, thin and cheap in feel, and the bed linens uncomfortably felt like harsh polyester. With this condo being an "upgrade", we were expecting better than low budget hotel quality linens. And also expected in an "upgrade" condo would be dehumidifiers for each of the bedrooms, there were none (one was found, but did not work). Finally (and strangely) not a single hanger in any closet. We left the few we brought as a courtesy for the next guests.
