great location for a fair pricePosted Sep 7, 2011
Park Place is located across the street from downtown Breckinridge. The premises are well kept with each condo maintained by the owners according to a minimum standard required by the resort. I recommed you view the actual rooms on the expedia web site for details on the actual rental condo. Rental cost varies based on the amount of updating and location within the complex including which floor you are located on,in addition to the time of year. I would definitely use the hotel on future visits.

Great condo for cheap 1 block from downtown Breck!Posted Aug 5, 2011 on Hotels.com
this was a great deal for the size. Plenty of room and only a block of the Breckenridge strip. The pool is not close and I believe that it is shared with another condo complex, but we never used it anyway. There were 2 hot tubs right behind our builidng. We had a washer and dryer and 2 full baths. Very happy and would definitely stay here again. The only con that would have is that our unit was fairly outdated (although it did have a flat screen in the family room). I believe that each of the condos are privately owned and therefore decor and furnishing probably differ.

Breckenridge Park Place CondosPosted Dec 22, 2010
This condo is an "upgrade" from the standard condo, and in our opinion well worth it. It is a quiet end unit, and although on the third floor and 8 flights of stairs up, the spectacular view of downtown Breckenridge is earned in every step. The jacuzzi area/fire pit is just below the condo, easy to access in the cold snowy nights. The condo had nice large plush leather sofa & chairs and large flat screen TV. The wood burning fireplace with abundant wood supply on the balcony was used nightly. The location was perfectly nestled close to downtown, very short walk to the Quicksilver lift, and ski-in1/4 block from 4 O'clock Run! And the covered parking turned out to be a blessing with the 21 inches of snow that fell overnight during our stay. On the down side, the linens were very disappointing. Towels were mismatched, thin and cheap in feel, and the bed linens uncomfortably felt like harsh polyester. With this condo being an "upgrade", we were expecting better than low budget hotel quality linens. And also expected in an "upgrade" condo would be dehumidifiers for each of the bedrooms, there were none (one was found, but did not work). Finally (and strangely) not a single hanger in any closet. We left the few we brought as a courtesy for the next guests.

Great LocationPosted Apr 22, 2010
Great Location. Excellent staff. However, our condo was a little tired.
