Located next to the Four O'Clock Ski Run, this condo complex offers ski storage and free parking (limited availability). A stop for Breckenridge's complimentary town shuttle is right in front of the property. Onsite amenities include 2 spa tubs and a fitness center. A meeting room with fireplace, kitchen, and bathroom can accommodate up to 50 guests. Wireless Internet access is complimentary throughout the complex. We enjoyed our one night stay here. There was plenty of room to spread out. It was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Pine Ridge Condos were Excellent!!! The location couldn't have been better! Loved the hospitality of the employees and the condo we stayed in was modern and mixed matched! lol! But over all I would recommend this to anyone wanting a great location and price! You won't be disappointed! See ya next year Pine Ridge!!!
“Like living in an apartment for the rate of a hotel”
Colorado, even in the summertime, can be an expensive stay. My wife and I have taken several trips to different places in Colorado, and decided to try Breckenridge as a focal point for our sightseeing around the mountains of Central Colorado. Looking at accommodations in Breck and surrounding areas, we could have stayed cheaper in some hotels, but not much cheaper. I looked at many options online, and discovered that there are some real bargains in condos, which are significantly more expensive in the winter ski season (2 to 3 times more). The Pine Ridge Condos provided us a comfortable and relatively affordable place to HQ our mountain vacation. Very roomy, clean and comfortable accommodations. The unit we were in had 32 inch or larger flat screen TVs in both bedrooms, and about a 40 inch in the living room. Breckenridge is typically expensive for a resort town, but going there in late summer affords some bargains and it was less crowded in late August, but the weather was beautiful.
“Great Family Condo”
We went to Breckenridge with our 4 children and another couple and their child.The 2 bdrm plus loft at Pine Ridge was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The loft had a set of bunk beds, a single bed and futon bed. Plus pull-out sofa in living rm. Great location, could walk to lift at the end of the street, ski home via four o'clock run passing in back of condo, or catch the shuttle. Would recommend renting children's skiis at ski school for storage puposes or you'll be hauling skiis all over town. Condo did have great ski storage closet however. Short walk to main street was convenient for dining and shopping. Main street area was beautifully charming. Taxi took us to get groceries at nearby Publix, waited and brought us back. Views from Condo were awesome. We were accidently overbooked for last night, so they moved us to a basic 2 bdrm and gave us refund for last night there.

Great location, within walking distance to downtown. Friendly, helpful staff. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom, roomy bedroom. Would stay there again.
“Great place to stay”
Pine Ridge was a deal for the price. The two bedroom condo was very nice and the staff was great. My husband called ahead and requested rooms with only queen beds (instead of two twins in the second bedroom) and they were able to accomodate us. The condo was only a short walk to the main street of Breckenridge, and it was only a short walk or bus ride up the hill to the ski lift. At the end of the day, the run came right down the back of our condo unit. We were close to one of the hot tubs which the guys used a couple of times. I will definately stay here again!!!
“Would stay there again”
Our 2 bedroom condo was really big, clean and had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. We asked for a crib and it was provided immediately. The location could not be better. It was a very short walk into the centre of Breck where there are lots of lovely restaurants, bars and shops. If we return to Breckenridge I would certainly stay there again.
“Great Breckenridge Experience”
This property is very nice, and the people in the office are friendly and helpful. Our shower did not work properly the first night, so they upgraded us to a two bedroom instead of a one bedroom for the 2nd night at the same price as the first night. They are very quick to respond to a request. Only drawback is that the way most units are situated there is not a mountain view. Very comfy and well equipped condos!
“Spacious Breck Condo”
Spacious, comfortable and well maintained condo. All the amentities. Very brief walk to Main Street and all the shops/restaurants.
