great location, close to town, close to slopes!Posted Apr 1, 2014
Cons: we arrived early and were disappointed that they couldn't get us into our unit until 4, even thought the checkout time for the prior occupents was 10
we enjoyed our stay because we were interested in being close to town, the slopes and the nordic center. it was great...

Close to everything, but loud and outdated.Posted Mar 22, 2014
The room was VERY dated in every way. At $300 plus per night, they might consider some updates. Things seemed to work ok except the sink in the bath was broken so I was scalded several times. The stairs outside the door are wooden so it was extremely loud every time someone walked up and down. I mean really loud. The noise seemed to abate by 10pm, by we were stuck inside one day due to sickness and it was not quiet. One thing that bothered me was for the price they forced you to take out your own trash and wash the dishes or threatened a fine. I guess I found that a little low class and I didn't really appreciate it considering the price of the place. I would consider staying again due to the location, but maybe a different condo in the same area, not this one so much. The swimming pool was so far away, not usable. The hot tub was just nasty and over crowded.

Nice Condo that is centrally located in Breck!Posted Mar 14, 2014
Pros: Location, value of the whole condo/ skiing/ town,
Cons: Like mentioned before, maybe upgrade the beds, and insure the dishes are cleaned. Also straighten the toilet out in the guest bathroom.
Location: Great location to park and let the community take over. Skiing, nightlife, and just experiencing a great ski town!
This was our 5th year in a row staying at Pine Ridge for March skiing! A great place to set up shop for two Dads and 3 sons! Once you park your vehicle, throw the keys you will not need them until you leave. Walk up to snowflake lift or ski down to bus stop and catch the yellow route to the gondola. Main Street is a very short walk. With limited parking and all the great eats and treats, the walk is we'll deserved! Pay the upgrade rate for at least a gold condo, stayed in 13 C this time. Kitchen faucet leaked more water on the counter then in the sink. Called the front desk and was taken care of the next morning! Beds are getting a little tired but after skiing 28K feet of vertical they did fine.

Excellent locationPosted Feb 26, 2014
Cons: Carpet could use deep clean.
Location: Five minute walk to the mains street. Bus (less than 3 min) to the snow flake lift.
Absolutely loved it. Would stay there again! Location is great with bus stop right in front of the apartments. The bus takes you either to the snowflake lift or to a bus stop where you can take other buses to different places. Hotel staff was very nice and willing to help whenever we needed. Apartment was very big and extremely comfortable. Each room had it's own thermostat AND bathroom had tile heat! You can walk to the main street (aprox 5 min walk). Apartment was overall clean, but being allergic I find carpet could use a deep clean every once in a while. Apartment was also 100% equiped, kitchen was awesome with all we needed and there were games available for us to play. We were a party of 5 and stayed at a 2 bedroom + sofabed apartment for a period of 5 pleasant days.

close to both town and slopes.Posted Feb 16, 2014
Pros: Proximity to both town and slopes.
Cons: snow removal
Location: The main street of Breckenridge is a seven minuet walk from the condos. There are a lot of bars, restaurants and shopping along main and ridge streets.
What i like about the pine ridge condos is that it is right in between the slopes and the town of Breckenridge. Once we arrived we did not need the car for anything. We could ski in and the free ride bus stop is directly in front of the property. Our condo had everything we needed but with a few small maintenance notes. Mostly loose hardware, paint that needs touched up and some slow draining sinks. The only real negative is a lack of snow removal. This may be due to the over abundance of snow this year but the walks aren't cleared until a day after any snow accumulation. The parking lots are packed thick and icy with snow. Much of the parking involves steep grades that are difficult to drive out of even with a four wheel drive vehicle.
