Pine Ridge Condominiums

Nice condo, wonderful location but the check in and check out times are somewhat irritating. Check in time was listed as 4:00 p.m. I was able to get the OK via a phone call to check in at 2:00 with no problem but when I asked to check out at noon instead of 10:00 a.m. I was told it was not possible.

This beautiful set of condos offers the feel of home with the convenience of being right near downtown. It was perfect and very affordable. We thought it was so much nicer than staying in an area hotel.

We took a two day family trip with a 15 month old. So nice and quiet and welcoming! Staff is amazing and the condo was loaded with more than we asked for! We can't wait to get back!

Arrived in to Breckenridge after office hours, but the late check-in service was great. This condo had a very nice open living area. It was quiet, but only a short walk to Main Street.

Loved being able to easily walk to the town and also to the chairlift (or a very easy one-stop ride on a free, frequent shuttle). We had a 2bd. + loft which was great for our 4 adults and 2 kids. My only complaint was being on the 4th floor only accessible by stairs which could be really hard on someone who is older or who has an injury.

Our group was very pleased with every aspect of the Pine Ridge property. This was both our first time visiting Breckenridge and our first time at Pine Ridge. We all agreed we would return to both in a heartbeat. Despite the fact that we had one of the units that had not been recently renovated with newer furniture, granite countertops, and SS appliances, everything was in excellent working condition and extremely clean. The beds were all very comfortable and I would say that the property greatly enhanced our enjoyment of the vacation. Especially for the price we paid, we all felt we got a great value and couldn't have asked for more out of Pine Ridge.

Great location, you can ski home! 5 minutes walk to the main street and all the shops and restaurants. Shuttle bus outside to take you to the slopes and ice rink (which has s disco on friday nights!). Excellent choice.

Love Pine Ridge. It's so handy for the 4 O'Clock Run and close to town too. Virtually ski in/ski out!

Overall the location and unit was above average. The floor plan was nice an open providing ample space for my family. The one downside of this type of condo is the loud wood stairs. There were others up very early walking up and down the stairs which you couldn't sleep through.
