Great place to spend time with your family. Several different games to play with your kids in the village. Gondola to the top is awesome in the summer.

Cons: Closet facilities seemed hidden
Location: Great location for trails and access to towns via car. Even though parking was across street, it was plentiful and secure
Friendly staff nice place to go for a quick getaway. Nice contained compound and good access to trails. Good amenities in the complex

Retreat NotPosted Jul 7, 2014
Cons: Air conditioning, a screened sliding door, and better quality bed and beaten up upholstery replaced.
Location: There is a bike park in the summer and a nice ride up to the mountain by ski lift or gondola.
This hotel is more like a ski club so if you get an interior room you are subject to hearing other occupants using the recreation room which in my case kept me up passed 1 am due to the noise from pool balls being hit all night long by load patrons. There was no air conditioning so if the window was open, the noise from traffic and the ski gondola lasted well past 11pm. The bed was hard and our stay in the mountains was a far cry from what we imagined.

Great Location - not so great insidePosted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: The location and overall feel of the complex was very good. The response from maintenance was extremely efficient and friendly.
Cons: The interior of the condo was run-down and worn out. We had no hot water in the evening. Seems like a boiler issue - hate to see during ski season!
Location: Location was excellent - short walk to River Run and gondola but secluded enough to be peaceful.
Location was ideal for walking around River Run Village and accessing the gondola. There were lots of activities for kids and adults. Upon returning to the condo around 6 p.m. we found there was no hot water. We called maintenance - they had someone at our door within 10 minutes (excellent response). He informed us the it was because of high demand and could do nothing about it - seems odd that 6 p.m. is such a high demand time. The furniture in our unit was pretty run-down. The bed had a cheap, worn out mattress. The chair and sofa were torn in several spots and the cushions were crushed beyond comfort. It is unfortunate that the owner didn't match the interior to the superb surroundings. All in all, we had a great trip - we spent most of it outdoors enjoying everything Keystone has to offer.

Nice condo but the shower curtain reeked of mildew, there was no cable box in the bedroom and mattress was old and lumpy.

Great location! Nice condo!Posted Mar 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
Our family of 4 stayed here for Spring Break and had the best time! I know not all condos will have this, but our 2 kids loved the bunk beds! We stayed in the Arapahoe Lodge and had a corner condo so we had great views! We were here for 5 nights/6 days and would've liked to stay an extra day! It felt right at home! Loved the fully equipped kitchen! It had everything! Can't wait to go back! Hope we can get the same room again!

Hotel close to slopesPosted Mar 16, 2014
I was under the impression that our room would comfortably sleep 4. We had a double bed in one room and a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room which was not comfortable. Other than that.... The condo was nice and had what we needed. It was a good location for the slopes and restaurants.

Nice hotel. Very close to the slopes.Posted Mar 13, 2014
Pros: Comfortable and convenient.
Cons: It has a screen door opens to where we could walk to the lifts but no key was provided. The "full" kitchen did not have anything for baking.
Location: The village is really nice to explore and the kids loved the snow fort.
Comfortable and convenient. It has a screen door opens to where we could walk to the lifts but no key was provided. Would have been really nice since we had small children. The kitchen was supposed to be "full" but nothing at all for baking in the oven. Over all, it is comfortable and nice decoration!
