Keystone CondoPosted Jul 22, 2014
Pros: Locations to amenities
Cons: Needs updating throughout
Location: Lots of shopping , bars, and restaurants just steps away
Stayed for a second time at Silver mill condos in the River Run complex in Keystone - last time it was winter - this was the first summer visit. Our first discovery is there is no air conditioning in these units - that would be fine except it was warmer than usual and we were in the top floor. Even with windows open we were unable to get comfortable at night. On top of that this unit was showing signs of hard wear, including the bed which was uncomfortable and other furniture was past it's prime. On a positive note this is located in a great location with the river run shops and restaurants just steps away.

Could use some repairsPosted Jul 3, 2014 on Hotels.com
The location is spectacular, River Run is a great location for families, especially with smaller kids. The walking areas between the buildings was great, they have various games, etc. out for families to enjoy. The condo/room itself was O.K. the cabinets need repairs they were falling of the hinges, the appliances were in rough condition, and the room had bulky furniture that took more room that was needed. We would definitely do this again, maybe bring our bikes with us, as well as hope for a condo that has seen minimal routine maintenance performed.

Know what you're gettingPosted Jul 2, 2014 on Hotels.com
This condo is in Keystone East. It's a lovely village loaded with condos, restaurants, shops and lots to do. The condo isn't a hotel per se, nor is it run like a hotel. You register and pick up the keys at an office several miles away. The condo is owned by someone and listed with Wyndham Vacations who manage it and rent it out. Our unit was very warmly appointed. The master bed was not the best and the pillows not the most comfortable. Blankets, etc. were what the owner provided and not necessarily up to the standards of a Wyndham hotel. That being said, it was a great place to stay. The price was good. The room was clean. It's very quaint and peaceful and I'd go back and stay with Wyndham again.

The hotel was outstanding. My issue is the fact that there was no service at all. The service staff was not available during our stay due to the end of the season. In addition all of the restaurants and facilities were closed. There was no maid service during our stay and we were not notified in advance.

Beautiful Views and Great LocationPosted May 6, 2014 on Hotels.com
Nice Unit - great location close to gondola! Be sure to pay attention to where to pick up the keys - there is no office on property & keys are in Dillon. Nice to have the garage access. When we did need help - they were quick to answer the phone and get us help.

Overall mediocrePosted Mar 7, 2014 on Hotels.com
This really isn't a hotel at all -- it's a condo complex, so they are very limited on amenities. The 3 small hot tubs were constantly crowded and the idea of getting in that water makes my skin crawl, although the throngs of people sitting in that skin stew didn't seem to mind. The reservation company was friendly and did a fine job of welcoming us. The unit it is a bit dated and if this is what they consider a gold property I'd be scared to see what silver or bronze look like

Father son ski trip.Posted Feb 16, 2014
Pros: Location was awesome. Kitchenette is convenient
Cons: Room needs updating and maintence.
Location: Ski, hike, shop, restaurants.
Location is great walk to gondola. Unit was fine for 43 and 13 year old. Wife would have thought it was worn. Which it was but still plenty livable for us. Good choice if your looking for a location ne'er the slopes but don't need complete luxury. Shops restaurants and shopping near by.

SnoFest StayPosted Feb 2, 2014
Pros: The comforts and convenience to the Gondola are wonderful. The kitchen is a great feature for this trip...we love cooking in the room for everyone!
Cons: Hot Tub hours. After going to the SnoFest banquets, it would be great to come back to the room and enjoy the hot tub. And the sofa bed mattress...BAD!
Location: We were there for SnoFest so we were every where. With how close our room was, we always gathered there for lunch...no over priced resturants for us!
We had a great experience!!! This is the 3rd year we have stayed in this particular hotel and we will continue to do so for years to come. We were centrally located for all of our friends, so our place was the meet up area. Everyone was jealous of our room!
