Ski-in Two Bedrooms at Sawmill Creek Condominiums and only 1 Block to Main St.

Sawmill Creek Condominiums is located just 20 yards off of Four O'Clock Ski Run, so one can easily ski down at the end of the day. It is so easy that many guests ski down for lunch and then head Show more back up on the slopes afterwards. The Snowflake lift is just a 3 minute ride on the free shuttle, which stops right in front and will also take you over to the base of Peak 8 & 9. All of the shopping, dining, art galleries and nightlife of Main Street are just a 1 block walk.

Some of the property's amenities include indoor hot tubs, covered parking and private ski lockers. All condominiums feature full kitchens, gas fireplaces, decks, washer/dryers and high-speed internet access. Uniquely, our two bedrooms can sleep up to 8 people, all with 2 beds in the second bedrooms.

“Price was right..will stay here again..”

Condo clean and ready on time. Convenient to town, busses, and ski down feature was great...4 o'clock run! Loved the underground parking. Would have liked to see additional "hot tub" location because it did get crowded! Elevator was out of order for part of our stay but being on the second floor it didn't bother us too much. Did hear a lot of grumbling from others on upper floors! It was fixed by the time we checked out! Overall, one of the better places we have stayed. Will definitely look to stay here again next year!

“'Home from home' condominium perfectly set up for ski holiday”

An extremely spacious, comfortable two bedroom, two bathroom condominium with a modern fully equipped kitchen. Sawmill Creek is located at the base of the 4 o'clock ski run, so perfectly placed for the ski back 'home' at the end of the day. There is no reception area at Sawmill Creek - keys, registration and queries are handled by a management agency on the Main Road in Breckenridge. However, personally, this was not an issue as most days were spent on the slopes. Breckenridge itself is a delightful ski resort, perfectly set up to accommodate their visitors.

“Would recommend and go to again.”

Excellent location, close proximity (two blocks) to shopping district & restaurants. At the start of your ski day, the bus stops it right at the end of the parking lot. End of the day skiing, via 4 O'clock run puts you right at your door, no need to return by via the bus.

“Sawmill Creek Condos”

Great location... close to downtown, right on 4 o'clock run! Condo was well equipped and comfortable. Hot tubs were not as clean as I would have liked... only went in once. Attention to the tubs would certainly improve our stay! Would definitely return here next year! Thank you!

“Excellent Breckenridge Condo”

We enjoyed our stay at Sawmill Creek - our two bedroom condo included one bedroom with a king bed and one bedroom with two full beds. Both bedrooms were roomy and the living area was large for a rental condo. The complex is very quiet and conveniently located to shopping and dining.

“Good Location - Needs Maintenance”

Condo-Hotel with good location and ski-in. Great views. Unit 207 is long overdue for general maintenance and paint, largely stained bathtub, etc. Next time will try a different place. In general I will recommend it, with reservations!

“Sawmill Creek Condo / Breckenridge”

Right at the end of 4 O'Clock run, and within 10 minutes by bus to Peak 8 or Peak 9. These were "deluxe" accomodations. Full Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, Cable TV in the Master and Living Room. Pick up just out front by the Green Line Bus or Freeride Bus. Close enough to walk downtown, and within 5 minutes by car to the grocery store. Our only complaint was that the floors were "thin" allowing anyone entering the apartment above us to sound like a house guest in ours. Despite the "noise" from time to time, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would come again.
