Buyer beware.
The worst part was the Mgmt knew it had a broken dishwasher, the previous person put dishes in the cabinet filthy with food crusted on them. No stopper for sink to wash by hand. Promised a hot tub / it was closed our entire stay. Bed configuration was not what was shown when we registered. Sofa sleeper horribly uncomfortable. Staff was friendly and tried to help but not much could be done.

Wonderful getaway week for a tired family
The unit was older and I wasn't a fan of the decor, but it was clean, well-stocked, and met every need we had. I wish we could have gotten a bunk bed for the kids, but I guess there were none available for the stay. The pool and hot tub were awesome for the kids, but the indoor hot tub was broken. The bathroom in pool areas was super nice. Very modern. I loved the location of the condos--right on the slope and we were able to take three hikes to the top of the ridge each day. I was bothered that the hotel staff would not give us a visitor parking pass for our friend who came down for a day and he had to pay parking in Breckenridge. Also, there was no spatula in the unit. I wish they would allow dogs for an extra fee. Our dogs would have had such a blast!!! The location of Tyra is absolutely wonderful for a family getaway, which is what we desperately needed. I highly recommend booking this condo, although just know that it isn't the most new or modern unit.

Very Basic, outdated.
For what it was, it will do. The TV in the living room worked half the time, the bedroom TV didn't work at all. The twin beds were lumpy and one was collapsed in the middle. Also check out time is check out time-10:00 am. There was a gentleman waiting outside our door, he didn't say anything he was just standing there. We checked out right at 10:00 am.

Tons of space, very quiet, fantastic views (saw a moose out our living room almost every day), and a short distance from shops and restaurants (took the bus around town - great option!). Only drawback was an uncomfortable bed and it was a little outdated. It wasn't enough to detract from our stay, though!!

Location, but tired
Location was great but the unit was old and tired. Bulbs out, bedding poor, sinks leaking, closets had piles of carpets and paint cans. The painting tape was left around the bath cabinet. I would avoid this one.

Very Disappointed with Expedia
We booked this condo based on pictures we saw on Expedia which happen to be completely different then what the place looked like. Furniture was very old, stained, and extremely uncomfortable, especially the twin size beds in the bedroom. Once we got there we learned that the address listed on the Expedia site was also incorrect and that the condo would be at Tyra I, a 15minute walk uphill from where we thought it'd be. Overall very disappointed in the place we got. We will never use Expedia to book vacations.

Our check-in desk is located at a different location. All of our condos are individually owned and each owner has furnished their condo differently. We will share this information with the owner. Great Location, misrepresented condo conditions
We booked a last minute getaway to Breck and were really looking forward to our stay. We selected the room based on the photos provided and (my fault) assumed that the photos were of the room we were renting. However, they were stock photos. Our room had never been renovated and had amenities that were reminiscent of 1985. The room was dark, had a damp smell, and just didn't feel welcoming. The beds were hard, the comforters harder, and the bathrooms....well, they worked. I wanted to go buy dishware as the dishwasher that was supposed to clean dishes looked like it had about 20 years of mildew and hard water built up - not sure how that's supposed to get things clean. The upside, Tyra resorts has great amenities(Free shuttle around town, close to the slopes, and a great hot tub/pool area).

With three teenage kids, this condo was perfect. It was very spacious and clean and a nice kitchen which helped with some lunches/dinners. It has a nice mountain view so remote enough from town to be more relaxed but only a fifteen minute walk or 5 min drive to town. Best of both worlds!

We do offer a free shuttle service for those times that you are not feeling up to the walk. Tyra is a great location to feel like you are getting away from it all. In the winter it is wonderful for ski access!

Not our favorite
When I booked this room it was because of the king size bed, however, when we arrived there was only a queen bed and two twins. All of the beds were very hard and the two twins didn't even fit on their bed frames. The couch was very uncomfortable. I get having sleeper sofa but it was SO old and hard to sit on that there was no where comfortable hang out. Same with the dinning room table/chairs, very outdated and uncomfortable. On the positive side, this place was extremely clean, including the bathrooms. If they updated the furniture it would be a great place. It was a very peaceful location but having a bad back we wouldn't stay here again because the furniture. I didn't get any rest the entire weekend. If hard beds don't bother you then I would recommend this place because it is a beautiful and quiet location. FYI...This location is pretty far to walk into town but they do offer a shuttle.

Nice Condo. Loved the ski-in/ski-out.
Nice place. Adequately equipped. Had a hard time with the heat - the condo was a bit warm. While the Wyndham shuttle was extraordinarily responsive, I do wish we were within walking distance to apres ski. The ski-in and ski-out was REALLY FABULOUS!

Perfect come here twice a year
Just as I expected, absolutely fabulous! Never been disappointed after all the years we have been coming here. Although we didn't get the opportunity to utilize the ski in ski out this time the shuttle service was excellent. The pool and hot tubs were spotless and well maintained, nice to relax in after a day on the slopes.

Great Condo
This is such a great condo. It is spacious, comfortable, and clean. I could walk right out the back door onto my deck. Then walk from my deck to a ski hill or mountain biking trail. It was beautiful!

Good location especially for skiing.
Decent size space if somewhat dated in styling, but very adequate. Ski trail right to the back door from the 4 O'clock run and about two blocks downhill to the lift. Close to everything. The mattresses were lacking, but other than that, a good place. Sleeps six, but two will have to be on the pull-out sofa in the living room.

False Advertising
We booked this hotel based on the information on hotels.com. We were sorely disappointed when we arrived, as the room we were given was a much crappier version of the one advertised in pictures on the booking sight. It did not have a king sized bed as advertised, and all the appliances were very outdated. We immediately called about having our rooms switched, and we were moved to another Wyndham resort in the same town.

My family was looking for a nice condo for a weekend away in Breckenridge. After finding this on hotels.com, we were excited from the photos and price. We thought this would be a great option for 2 nights away. We arrived in Breckenridge on Saturday afternoon and went to the address on our reservation to check in--no luck finding where to check in. After multiple phone calls, we found out that check in was at a different location so we drove down to check in. (this information was not on our reservation) Once we checked in we drove back up to the unit and were a disappointed--the unit didn't look like the photos we saw at all. It was dark and very dated. The couch felt like you were sitting on rocks, there was a nice back deck but no chairs to sit and enjoy the outdoors, the bedrooms were extremely dark, the showers were not enjoyable and the hair dryers that were provided did not work. The pool and hot tub were not too far away from our unit which was great but the code were were provided didn't work so we called to get the correct code two times and none of the codes we were provided worked which was very disappointing. The best part about our stay was that these condo's are located about a 5 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge.

Breckenridge condo
I booked a condo at 640 4 o'clock road. I was assigned a condo at 840 4 o'clock road which is 1/4 mile further up a very steep road from the downtown area of Breckenridge. The condo was built in the 1980s and hadn't been updated since. The first thing I noticed when I got into the condo was the sound like a smoke alarm battery beeping. It took me 20 minutes to locate the beeping. It turned out to be a CO detector whose batteries were low. The internet didn't work. I had to go back to the office (nearly a mile away) to get them to give me another condo's password to use. The master bedroom has Venetian blinds which offer privacy but don't block out light from the streetlight at all well. At night, it was nearly bright enough in the room to read. The toilet tank leaked. Every time I flushed the toilet, I had to fiddle with the toilet tank to get it to keep from running. This is the first time I've rented someones condo. Next time I'll rent a traditional hotel. It was nice having a refrigerator and kitchen but I didn't use them.

Hey Expedia, wrong building number on my receipt! I didn't enjoy going to 640 4 O'Clock road and wondering why I couldn't find room numbers. I was supposed to be at 840 4 O'Clock road. While your at it how about some better information about where to check in at? I had to call to find out.

The condo was exceptionally nice and clean. Would highly recommend it. There is not an office on site which we did not know so had to go a short way in town pick up the keys. We had a great time in Breck.

Ran out of hot water before everyone showered, hole at base of wall with mouse trap set on outside of it, dirty sock found in made bed, swimming pool not heated, sofa sleeper was so bad that we took the little mattress that was on it and put it on the floor. No screens on bedroom window or patio door. The shuttle was great and the drivers were all very nice.

Great Room!
I'm not sure what happened but the pics of the room that I booked looked nothing like the room we stayed in. We ended up in Tyra 1 and the room was awesome, very nice, very spacious, quite, and clean. Next time we go to Breckenridge I will def book this room again. Also Wyndham has a free shuttle that will come and pick you up at your room and take you downtown. We were so close though we walked every where and didn't need the shuttle or our car. It was a great weekend!

More than expected.
I picked this property just to give it a try versus a hotel stay. When I opened the door we found much more than I expected. We really enjoyed this spacious, clean, quiet and pleasantly located property. I will definately do this again if staying in or near Breckenridge.

Nice property of a certain age
My wife and I spent a weekend in this two-bedroom condo; and because the largest bed is a queen, we slept in separate rooms. We arrived early, and the room was not available. Because we had not checked in yet, one of the front desk clerks would not allow us to use the free shuttle to get to the ski lifts, but told us to take the (equally free, but not as convenient) public bus...with our skis, etc. Once we got settled in after skiing, everything went well, but the refusal still rankles. Otherwise, it's a very nice property with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The location is beautiful; and the balcony allowed us to enjoy it a bit. Skiing in is easy...there's a ski run just behind the condo block. However, skiing out to the nearest lift is a little less convenient.

We stayed at the Tyra Summit. Our condo was spacious and very comfortable. The ski in/ ski out was very convenient. Overall our condo was satisfactory. Some very minor issues such as the microwave door was cracked and had to be shut a certain way in order for it to work. We did not have a broom to sweep the kitchen floor, and one toilet ran, but we were able to fix it by removing the lid of the tank and adjusting the rubber gasket. The beds were reasonably comfortable. The lighting was dim, but we quickly adjusted. We did not use the complimentary shuttle as we preferred to walk and could easily find parking when we drove our rental car into town. At the bottom of our road, you could catch the free bus that takes you various stops throughout Breckenridge. It was about a 5 minute walk from our condo. We would definitely stay here again. We did not have issues with cleanliness or other issues that have been mentioned in other reviews. I think it depends upon which unit you are assigned.

Location great , layout of Condo ( well done ) units needs.....better lighting ( way T00 dim ) , humidifier that works, new pillows......sleeps 6 but only 4 could relax after skiing ( More comfortable seating ) for everyone. The biggest downside for us was noise from the upstairs unit. ( we know that can t be controlled ) Staff was WONDERFUL....over all, great experience !
