“Absoultely Beautiful and Very Friendly atmosphere”

I had a really enjoyable stay, staff and other customers very friendly, the rooms are wonderful and It's in such a beautiful location - The hot tub was wonderful,clean and big :) Thanks Wayside.

“Stop 1 of 7”

The hotel manager was extremely friendly and checked us in several hours before the official check in time. The rooms do not have a/c and the hotel does not provide fans so I would advise traveling with a fan in July. (On our trip we stayed at several hotels in the higher elevations that do not have air conditioning nor do they need it except for a few weeks out of the year. Most did not provide fans either). My husband appreciated no TV. Breakfast was listed as an amenity in the online hotel details but is not offered. The location is just north of the very bustling Breckenridge and therefore, quiet which we appreciated. No restaurants are nearby so we drove in to Frisco and walked the downtown area where there are many options.

“Wayside for way less!!!!”

This is a very quaint, affordable motel. The owners live on site and take care of you personally. They are friendly and really care about their guests. I was greeted at the desk by their dog (being a dog lover thought this was great!) The rooms are not the ritz but if you're looking here you're on a budget and you'll get what you pay for. The rooms are very clean - the beds are very comfortable and while I wouldn't call this completely basic, it's close - it's very clean, had a really nice flat screen tv but - the bathroom was small and had only a shower stall (also small). There is a nice hot tub for your use - which was nice after a day on the slopes. All in all I think this place provides and excellent value for your money. Besides - it's American owned and operated - how can you go wrong with that?

Wayside Inn is a nice, small, quiet place to stay that allowed us to go to and from Breckenridge with ease. I enjoyed staying there because of the location and how simple the hotel was. The people at the front desk were really nice and helpful with anything i needed which made my vacation a lot easier. Overall my stay was really comfortable, and i would suggest this place to anyone looking for an affordable hotel to stay at.

“Relax away from the crowd”

Its right around the corner from Breck and super cozy. Best part you can bring your entire family (dogs too)! Very family oriented and comfy for sport enthusiasts. I will be back!

“Wayside Inn! Great place to stay!”

Im huge on reading reviews and loved this cozy inn soo much decided to write a review myself. We stayed in non-ski season, so check in hours are more limited. We arrived in town early and office was closed, but owner Tom let us check in early so my husband could rest before his hockey tournament. The room was small, but very clean and the bed was so comfortable. How much time do you really spend in room anyway? The price was right for this expensive mountain town. Beautiful mountain views, wonderful relaxing clean hot tub, and quiet little inn, that i would def reccomend!

“I would recommend!”

Its pretty simple. You pay for what you get... no fridge, shampoo, hairdryer, etc. The bed was the best part, extremely comfortable. If you're planning on spending the entire day out and about, and just need a comfortable bed to sleep on, I definitely would consider Wayside. The people at the front desk were also extremely friendly and helpful.

“Nice and cozy!”

Nice place and a cozy, quaint room. Bed was comfortable, room heated up immediately with heat on. Shower was small, but fine. Bathroom was a little outdated, but we didn't really mind. The lobby is nice and the breakfast is perfect! Hot tub is also really nice and hot. Overall, it was a great deal for the price and we'd definitely stay there again!
