I showed up after a delayed flight about 9pm and my double rooms were given away to people helping to renovate. The front desk clerk called owner who did not apologize for inconvenience. I’m glad the rooms were given away because the place was disgusting bug infested trash. The lobby area tells a little about the hotel and that was awful. So in the end I’m grateful the rooms were given away I got money back but getting another hotel on the weekend without notice sucked.

The property reeked of pot smoke. Work boots laying outside the door next door, the linens were on the ground outside. Hair in the bathtub, lampshade missing. Requested refund and moved to a different hotel. The staff person was very nice and helpful

The first room reeked of smoke, even though I was told it was a non smoking room. Th second room needed some care. The refrigerator handle was broken off , the dishwasher had stale standing water, no hangers in closet and no iron. No ice bucket, no telephone and no smoke detector and the hot water ran out after a 5 minute shower. One morning it would not get hot at all until the office person went to reset the water heater or whatever she did. We bought disinfectant spray to sanitize everything because we did not trust their cleaning. I would have happily went to another place if this one had not already been paid for. There was no breakfast, or coffee . I will never stay there again nor would I recommend anyone else staying there. I have pictures. I rate it one star if any.

I stay there all the time and im loyal to them but this time i didn't have a good experience cause my room was dirty and i couldnt had to clean it. Ive never had that happen to us in the past 6 years of staying there. I was told they dont have house keeping on the weekends. Next time imma make sure my room is clean. Other then that its a quite place.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Room smelled like pot when we got in. Couch was broken and the outside of the fridge looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. We didn’t stay and were able to get a refund with no problems.

The pool wasn't working, there was no morning breakfast, our keys died on us twice, millipedes came out wall, cockroaches, they didn't change out our towels and they didn't make our beds and we were there four nights, no coffee maker in the room.

The lock was broken, there were bugs and hair in the room and cigarette burns on all the furniture. The fire alarm was ripped out of the ceiling and the shower drain was warped and melted. I left immediately and did not stay. I tried to call for a refund but no one answered the phone. It was uninhabitable.

Was horrible from the start. Staff was extremely rude. Got to the room, was not what i booked. Instead of 1 king bed and double, was 2 doubles. Hung 2 shirts on clothes hanger, it fell out of the wall. There was haor in the sink. No toilet paper. No fire detector, instead, exposed wires coming out of the wall. Beds were not fully made. Walked out and left. Never again for Americas Best

The property doesn’t look anything like the pictures. I reserved a non-smoking room. It turns out the room wasn’t non-smoking. The staff gave me a non-smoking room, which absolutely reeked of smoke. The staff let me look at other rooms until I found one that didn’t stink too bad. It still had a broken toilet seat and there were people hanging outside my door all night, which made me feel unsafe. I complained and they gave me their best room, which had a kitchenette. It felt more safe, but the room was absolutely infested with ants, including in the bed, in the cabinets, and everywhere. The hotel did not have a continental breakfast as advertised. The staff were very kind but the hotel was absolutely terrible. I would NEVER stay here again.

Hotel is horrible. Checked out days early due to a hugh fight in parking lot at 3:30 am. Doesn't seem like I'll get a credit either! Not a safe environment. Also told room service not to service room, they did and ruined a pair of shoes. Looked like they dumped mop bucket in room.
