“Needs outdoor cleaners/maintenance”

I was very satisfied with the actual room, office staff, room cleaning staff. All were friendly and helpful. My complaints are about the outside areas. There were no outdoor chairs at room entrances and only a few at pool. Pool area was not kept clean (food wrappers, dirty diapers) and though we did report that to the office, it was not cleaned up during our stay.

Area recommendations
The area of the motel was very convenient to restaurants, shopping, etc.
