Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that you felt your stay was less than desirable. A request for a refund 4 hrs. after check-in without any reason for it was made to the clerk on duty and then a online complaint after 6 hrs.? The clerk would have moved you to a room of your satisfaction.

Never Again
The mini refrigerator didn't work so I couldn't keep my drinks and food cold. The AC kept turning on and off all night. There wasn't a complete sheet set on the bed just 2 flat sheets. The worst part about it was I was bitten by a bed bug

We appreciate your feedback during your recent stay. After hearing about your experience through your review, we made sure to have our exterminator check your room for bugs. Fortunately no bugs were found. As for the mini fridge the control knob just needed to be turned up and the A/C is working in order, it will turn on and off depending on the temperature the guest sets. The 2 flat sheets is what we use and additional Blankets could have been provided. Please in the future here or anywhere else let the front desk know and they could help resolve any issues or concerns you may have.

It was basic, no freals, quiet, but ours was a quick stay just overnight. Rooms were clean and AC was cold. No stale room smell. Would come back for similar stay.

Rather cancel trip than go back to this hotel
The room was clean but everything was runned down. The shower head didn’t have a head… it was just a covered tip of pipe. Flushing the toilet was scary cause it looked like it would overflow at any second. The room smelled of stale humidity. The towels were rough, dingy and full of stains. I ended up going out and purchasing a towel to use. I sat on the chair and almost fell thru it. I come to this area several times a year and I’ve stayed in other hotels in this area with much better results but had to take this room because everything else was booked up. In the future if I could only get this hotel, I’d unfortunately cancel my trip.

When we arrived the customer service was good. The room was clean and had a musty odor. Place needs to be updated and renovated. Last day there we saw a roach on the wall. Don’t think we’ll be staying there again.

Believe the ratings !
So this was a last minute booking due to work schedule changing. Now pictures fabricated a lot. Looked a tad decent. I could’ve been fine since it was just overnight. First room we were in; water didn’t drain in the sink or the tub. And the a/c didn’t work. It was hot. Second room much cleaner and a/c worked. Maybe they need to do walk thrus a little more often. Bed was low to the ground. Cushion not all that. I’m shocked the rating is better than the oyo. The red roof and quality inn I normally book were full. So. I’d rather not ever settle again. But these ratings aren’t a lie.

Room was a little dirty, but otherwise everything was as good as you could expect for the price and the area. Very comfortable bed, A/C worked really well, and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Run down and reeked of smoke..
There aren’t a lot of reasonably priced options in Sumter so I stayed here hoping for the best. The first “non smoking room” I was put in REEKED of smoke. The second one wasn’t much better. Old linens with holes in them, old comforter, stale smelling room, sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. I travel a lot and I’m pretty good about finding decent hotels at a fair price. This hotel was one of the worst I’ve stayed in. It’s needs an update and some fumigation. Stay elsewhere!!

This specific time the cable went out for about 7 hours of my stay. No one did anything to fix the problem or even partially compensate for it.

the staff was super friendly and we liked booking short notice with a pet but the non smoking rooms still smelled like smoke. and their were roaches we found when we woke up our last day

The room quality and cleanliness was not great, the fridge wasnt cold enough to put anything in there, i didnt even bother to try out the microwave, the sink was clogged, but the worst was that the shower didnt work when i went to take a shower. Not one drop of water came out. I had to wait the next day for maintenance to come fix it.

The property is far away from 95N but it’s cheap and we didn’t have a choice because we were traveling with kids and needed a room to stay for one night. All better places in the area were sold out. The room was ok in size but bathroom wasn’t clean, towels were dirty and the bed was the most uncomfortable thing I had EVER slept on. Just be prepared to be disappointed but I guess we should have expected it considering last minute availability and cheap price.

Keys didn’t work to the room. Then got put in a room that hadn’t been kept up or cleaned. Ants in the bathroom and bed. Bed wasn’t made and over all ended up leaving. Not recommended

We will not be staying here again. There were bugs in the bed, tub, and sink. There wasn't a cover on the mattress, the sheets and pillow cases were stained and in horrible condition. It's also located in a loud area, there was a lot of loud music and noise every night until about 2 in the morning. The staff was warm and welcoming, but the quality of the room just wasn't that great.

Friendly service
Good location and a great price for us to sleep and keep moving on. The check in was super fast and the desk agent was very friendly. Gave us a bigger bed and a convenient room.
