Nice hotel close to the downtown.Posted Mar 14, 2014
Great staff. The television did not work. They did not seem to have any replacements. Some drywall damage.
Ketchum weekend ski visit.Posted Mar 12, 2014
Pros: Great location. Easy to walk to stores and restaurants.
Room was clean enough for a guy, but a gal probably wouldn't have been satisfied. Only other real minus was lack of heat. Couldn't ever get the heater past luke warm, even when it supposedly registered 90 degrees. It was one room that even with all your ski gear on, it was still comfortable. Probably won't go back.

Name was changed to ClarionPosted Mar 10, 2014
Pros: The staff were very friendly
Cons: Needs updated
Location: Very little parking available, downtown so easy to get around and walking distances to restaraunts.
The hotel itself was nice, however they had changed their name and I had no idea, it took me awhile to find it.

Sad Property Condition in GREAT AreaPosted Jan 9, 2014 on Hotels.com
This property is located in the heart of Ketchum and extremely convenient to shopping and top notch restaurants. However, it is in really bad condition. The lobby is nice, but the rooms are pretty bad: Old carpet (wear shoes, slippers or socks at all times); not a working ice machine on the property, even in the bar; outlets in the room don't work consistently; old bathrooms; uneven heating/cooling of the room (either boiling hot or freezing cold). I found it really sad that a property in this location would be in such bad shape.

Pros: It was close to eating places and had a nice place for breakfast attached to the hotel
Cons: Keep up to good work
This hotel was right in front of the Parade. Check out time was 11:00 am but we were able to leave our automobiles in the parking lot until after the parade which was about 2:00 pm. The (4) all were very clean and kept that way.

Not much choicePosted Oct 23, 2013 on Hotels.com
It was the worst overnight stay of our lifetime. What a dump. You should drop Clarion Inn from you list of options. Three calls for maintenance including backed up toilet. Very little room in the sink area. A/c didn't work properly. No bars to hold on to in the shower/tub. No soap dish. No one at the desk when we left at 6;45am after 5 nights. Cost 25 % more than Comfort Inns and Best Western where we usually stay.

Great locationPosted Oct 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel was close to area attractions. Great hotel for the price but in need of a remodel. Room was clean and bright. Walkways on the second and third floors are wood so a bit noisy if you are sleeping in. Overall I liked it and would stay again.

Sun Valley JazzPosted Oct 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
I was pleased with my room and the room service. Except the freezer in the refrigerator was so frosted up I couldn't get anything in it. The first night I was there I ask to have it defrosted the next day. It never happened during my stay. The parking was a challenge at times. The chairs at the table were quaint but not for sitting and relaxing.

Anniversary Get AwayPosted Oct 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
We have stayed here several times during the last 30 years. The lobby s welcoming and staff accommodating. The hot tub/pool area is one of the highlights along with the location. The décor remains as it was in the 80's, linens average and fine tooth cleaning was needed. Wifi was appreciatedl. The television did lose the signal occasionally. Comfortable for the price.
